Pros (+) Eka should be the Aston Kuta "Employee of the Year". - she turned what started as a very low experience coming to Bali into an extremely positive , enjoyable and memorable experience. Cons (-) No shuttle service to the airport, wifi was weak and sporadic in 501, had issues with shower, which took three days to resolve, what were the food chits and beverage chit for? I tried to use the beverage chit on the 7th floor lounge, and was told that it was not for there! Very confusing....very little customer attention during breakfasts.....
