Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to attractions, and pleasant views, especially from the pool and rooftop areas. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and unpleasant odors. Service is frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful. The pool is appreciated for its views but is sometimes seen as outdated or poorly maintained. WiFi access is limited, often only available in the lobby, which frustrates guests. Overall, the location is the main positive, but cleanliness, service, and amenities need improvement.
