10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the great customer service. The delicious food, the pool and all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable and I loved that they helped me with a taxi from the airport and to Kampot. I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: I didn’t like that you can’t swim at the beach but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: Campus, staff and food are so good. I really recommend to anyone should try all of restaurant’s menu. Hoss and her staff are so so lovely and cute. I love rainy morning and strong wind. However the road to come resort is genuinely terrible and environment was full of trash. I think everyone just should go there if the road built completely and no Chinese around this area.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner of this property was fantastic. She was very helpful along with her staff. The food and drink was good and the pool was excellent. I liked also that across the road on the beach the staff served you drinks and food and provided you with chairs and umbrellas.
Cons: I couldn’t fault the place just the location. Sihanoukville is very dirty and full of Chinese construction everywhere
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and hospitable. They made us feel so welcome. Thank you x
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great effort by hotel to clean the beach every day.
Cons: It's not the fault of the owner that it's a little paradise in a surrounding of invasive China construction. We must support what we like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean Room. beautiful ambiance in and outside of rooms. nice Restaurant
Cons: nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This is an authentic Asian resort!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and tidy with a good pool area. Great food and friendly staff. They have made an effort with the beach in front but unfortunately no one else has!
Cons: Not a hotel issue but Sihanouk is been destroyed by uncontrolled development and an unbelievable amount of rubbish. really just a stop over to head to the islands.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Professional stuff, amazing pool inside. Its close to the beach but that beach isn’t so good comparing to others in Sihanoukvile. Beds and other facilities are so comfortable. Definitely good choice.
Cons: Beach in front of hotel is dirty, but that’s not about hotel. Everything in hotel was very very good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This town is experiencing an unexpected amount of building work - this hote was a little haven away from the dust !!
Cons: Nothing this hotel was beautiful with friendly staff and beautiful facilities - we were only on a stop over but I loved the hotel for our stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: SO beautiful and clean! I was nervous about spending a night in Sihanoukaville as driving through the city I really questioned the cleanliness over the city overall. But this place is like a little haven, safe, relaxed and beautiful
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It's a great hotel and ideally located above Sihanoukville which is a complete building suite as of June 2019. The hotel was peaceful, and the staff were very kind and really helped us out.
Cons: The rooms were comfortable but felt a little basic. One thing to note so you are not surprised: there is a kettle, cups but no tea and coffee provided. Reception confirmed that tea and coffee isn't provided in the rooms as standard.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked that u were away from the dirty dusty town in a nice clean quiet environment. Pool was nice , rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and really helpful.
Cons: The distance it was from the town , and trying to get back to the hotel late at night and tuk Tuks not knowing where the hotel was .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This place is a breath of fresh air away from the dusty building site of the entire city. The pool is amazing,
Cons: The beds are hard and you can feel all the springs
8.8 Excellent
Cons: One dog very aggressive, expecially at night if you turn home. Take care, expecially if you are with children.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like receptionist and all staffs
Cons: The smell for anti-mosquitoes chemical in the room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Strictly speaking no property can correctly be rated as excellent, but Port Hedonia ticks so many of the boxes it must. The breakfast was excellent The room was extremely comfortable. The restaurant is equal to or better than any in town. Very good pool in great surroundings. Above all the staff were very friendly and very helpful. It truly is an Oasis that makes coming to Sihanouk worthwhile.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: The nearby town is a disgusting dump so was good to stay in an area outside of town. The pool was great. Good variety of food in the restaurant. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean.
Cons: I paid by credit card and was charged a 5% fee, which they put down to the bank but everywhere else in Cambodia it had been only 3% so felt it was a bit of a rip off. Food was a bit expensive. I ordered a beef dish and the meat was as hard as boots. Lots of bugs, so you definitely need spray. The jug in the room didn't switch off, it just boiled away, so potentially dangerous.
Sok Sabay Resort - Krong Preah Sihanouk - Building
3
8.6 Excellent (558 reviews)

6.3 Good
Pros: Food was good. Pool was nice but small and needed to be filtered after the rain. Huts were comfortable.
Cons: It was located right beside a mound of muck, and the roads leading to it were almost impassable. The whole town was horrible, filthy and polluted. Also there was lizards in our room and frogs outside.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Normal room
Cons: Horrible location, so far from the centre and the surrounded area in construction, bad smell and a lot of mosquitoes
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was clean and the area was nice and quiet, in the middle of the construction site named Sihanoukville.. Good value for money though.
Cons: Whilst we were trying to check-in staff was busy with a million other things so that took a while. Our room flooded due to obstructed drainage in the shower. Staff were not really helpful in solving the issue, probably due to language barriers..
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The setting was beautiful particularly when in the restaurant ... and the staff were amazing. The air conditioner was not working at 100% and could not be fixed immediately. The staff offered us another room but we could not be bothered to move as it was not that uncomfortable. When we got back from the beach they apologized profusely for entering our room without permission but had disconnected an air conditioning unit from another room and replaced ours with it. That kind of sums up the service here - in the restaurant and all around. Our apologies for not just moving rooms. We had no idea the work we were about to cause.
Cons: Touch of mildew smell in the room but our stay was just at the end of the rainy season so I'm not sure if it could be helped given the water and humidity everywhere. We would definitely go back here given the food, the service, and the value.
6.3 Good
Pros: It’s a little oasis among the filth that surrounded this place. Small fairly clean swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had a continental breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms. The mushrooms tasted off to me so I thought I’d leave it, but my husband ate his and by lunchtime he had diarrhoea. There was no way he could have gotten food poisoning from other sources because he hadn’t drink or ate anything in between. So definitely he got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this resort. It was wet season so very muddy but that's the fun of Sihanoukville. Lots of construction due to the chinese taking over the city but this was like a little oasis we didn't need to leave. Staff were awesome, room and pool was great. It was really handy having the restaurant and food available from morning til night. Would stay again for sure.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All staff are friendly. Room and resort itself very nice and comfortable
Cons: Everything is good
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Just want the pick service, becuase when I went there I confused a lot wrong direction in map.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: For the price it's worth it and thanks to the friendly staff during mine stay.
Cons: More sign to guide guests to the resort will be nice!
6.8 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Good bed. Nice garden.
Cons: Sihanoukville is a horrible place. Do not go here.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here 2 years ago, cute hotel with good facilities. Friendly polite stay.
Cons: Otres village and beach is gone for ever thanks to it being totally destroyed by the Chinese development. It’s disgusting and a total health hazard. Only stay if you have to.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: It's a paradise from the chaos in the city, when I was there I felt welcomed and always comfortable. The owners and staff were all very nice and the room itself was very comfortable (really big fluffy pillows!!!) and very clean. Breakfast was also very good.
Cons: The location was a little bit far from other restaurants and other things but nothing to inconvenience.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: we like the room and the the river near the canteen.
Cons: the hotel itself is no problem, but the surrounding area is really bad, not much to do and not many eating options available.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice, cozy and comfortable. German couple who run it, absolutely lovely people!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Owner was awesome. During our stay weather caused the ferry to the islands to stop running. We showed up late, hungry and stuck. The proprietor made calls to have a kitchen stay open for us so we could have western food that night. Next day weather was even worse so we decided to make our way to Phnom Penh, once again last minute calls were made while I drank a beer and everything was taking care of for us. Great place, great people that turned a tough travel day into an easy and enjoyable experience.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The restaurant in the next door hotel. The beach across the rd.
Cons: Attitudes of management. Breakfast wasn’t as it was advertised on booking.com. Restaurant wasn’t open. Bad tv, owner said bad reception but it was faulty connections. Ran out of some food & toiletries ie shampoo & body wash. Dirty pool. In general poor management.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Gerard the owner was brilliant-we arrived late as there was a traffic accident so we missed an evening meal but he kindly prepared a lovely tuna sandwich. He also took us to the ferry port. It poured down for our entire brief stay here.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good size breakfast included
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Kristen the German manager is excellent. She looked after everything we needed she is very friendly and helpful the room and bathroom very clean compared to other hotel in Cambodia
Cons: Nothing
5.5 Okay
Pros: Comfortable room and bed
Cons: Location, too far away from the city, too much noise and construction around it
7.5 Good
Pros: Good spot in front of the beach

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel at a wonderful beach, nice rooms and helpful personell
Cons: Sihanoukville is unfortunately not a lovely city due to construction work everywhere and a lot of garbish is laying around
5.5 Okay
Pros: We booked a nice room that looked down along the pool and to the beach and we’d have enjoyed it but for other factors.
Cons: It’s a nice, well kept hotel but in the middle of a development incursion that has turned it into a tip site with ruined roads everywhere. There is actually nowhere nice to walk (where the hotel is) and not much to do, particularly if you get a bad day. The sea is brown with mud after rain as the developments have ruined the landscape. There are almost no trees to be seen to hold the soil together.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice boutique hotel with helpful staff and nice rooms. The pool is right in the middle of the courtyard, pleasant to swim in but can be a little noisy if you're in one of the ground floor rooms. I loved the restaurant which had great Western and Khmer (with a modern twist) food and was small and cozy. I got a ticket for two complimentary cocktails at check in and the cocktails were excellent! So it was a nice touch. There's also a good small but very useable gym.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault of course, but Sihanoukville is absolutely horrendous, brimming with garbage and destroyed by endless construction. Even the journey to the hotel from the port was a total nightmare with massive potholes and flooded roads. I would never return to Sihanoukville but if I was forced to return, I would choose to stay at this hotel. At least it's not too far from the airport, so you can escape quickly.
6.8 Good
Pros: The in house restaurant was great. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and the AC worked well.
Cons: It was obviously quite new, the toiletries were spare - for example there weren’t bath salts despite having a bath on the balcony (which was the feature that drew me to the hotel). The location was hard to get to from the main town as it was half hour by car - it would cost us a lot of money to get back there.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We had a night here on our way home. The staff are very friendly. We had a lovely large room with a v comfortable bed and very good shower and air conditioner. We had lunch and dinner and enjoyed both a lot and the breakfast was generous and fantastic with coffee, smoothie, buffet of fruit etc and an a la carte selection. It was the best breakfast we had in our three week Cambodian trip!
Cons: The pool was in the middle of the building and very hot with no shade so not inviting. As others have said, what is happening at ottres beach and Sihanoukville is very sad as there are Chinese companies tearing down every building and building casinos and huge apartment blocks. The place is a dust bowl, filthy and completely ruined I fear! The beach directly in front of the hotel is well cared for but the area will not have the infrastructure to deal with the massive numbers to come! Changed forever to its detriment.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, bright, spacious
Cons: Nothing except that Sihanoukville is a building site
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really great customer service and great room options. Really loved the personal note that was on my bed from the manager. The breakfast was full of options and tastes so good. I reccomend the eggs Benedict. Just an all around great experience. Also, it was perfect because i was taking the boat to koh ta kiev and the pick up point is right across the street.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: One of the best stuff we ever meet. So kind and helpful in every situation. Everything about the hotel was great. Also the food was really nice.
Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel, just little advice for another visitors. Be careful with mosquitoes, there are so many and we got bitten so bad on our trip to Island Koh Rong. Bring a lot of repellents.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the ambience.Very relaxing and pleasant staff.Nice nature stone pool and walking to the beach.Sunbed under the trees.
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Hotel was clean and well managed. The location and immediate area around the hotel were truly awful. A public health hazard.
Cons: Location was disgusting. Not the hotels fault but we simply could not stay in such an environment.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: We only stay one night on our way back from Koh Rong. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice. For one night is exactly what we needed.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Resort food is amazing! Staff were excellent and rooms were very spacious.
Cons: Not much around the resort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are amazing!!!
Cons: Brilliant resort
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff. Warm welcome . As clean as expected. There is no point in staying in this town for more than one night. Saw some previous reviews complaining the pool wasn't clean? It was cleaned in the evening and morning when we were there. I believe they use salt water so maybe that's why it isn't crystal clear. Found no issues swimming in it. Don't even try and leave the hotel. Seriously it's not worth it. Stay relax and move on. Were helpful in organising our boat tickets and collection by bus. Overall despite the shock and horror of the town an enjoyable and value for money stay.
Cons: Had booked in for 2 nights before heading off to the islands. Can imagine this being a picture perfect location close to the beach prior to near dystopian futuristic hell like you would see in a sci fi movie. Think Bladerunner/Gotham city. This once peaceful town has been bought by the Chinese. Anything of historical importance or indigenous charm has been bulldozed to make way,at the last count for over 40 casinos. Environmental and social damage to make you weep. Don't expect to stay anywhere in this town and have an enjoyable time now you are aware of the facts. Putting all that aside I have few complaints about The Sea Breeze Resort. Had originally booked for 2 night but being confronted by the horror of the town on arrival there was no issue on just staying the one night. Staff were friendly and efficient. Apologetic about the surroundings outside their domain. Must be heart breaking to see the devastation taking place to what must have been an beautiful resort.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The resort was a great way to escape the ruined area. Staff where great and the pool and bar ideal to relax
Cons: The way that development has ruined area outside of the resorts control
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Small rooms but clean and functional. Silent AC. The minibar was a nice touch. Nice pool, pleasant restaurant area. But here is the truly interesting part : no construction nearby at the moment. Yes you'll enjoy some quiet ! This is pure gold considering the state of the city. Very acceptable for a layover in Sihanoukville on the way to the islands or back. Also, Otres beach is completely deserted by tourists and businesses but it was surprisingly clean. Worth mentionning since the other beaches in the area are disgusting. (all of them Victory, Occheutal, Sokha and Independance). Also Khmer owner, support local businesses !
Cons: Only thing I didn't like was the room doors. They are like terrace double doors and they close but there's always a gap which means that you hear loud and clear whats going on outside... And don't be mistaken, the rooms in the back are very very close to each other. I guess the food could be better too but no big deal it was alright.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely pool. Great restaurant. Pretty cheap. Everything great
Cons: The road outside it bumpy, maybe not suitable for older people
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful resort with many palm trees and good size swimming pool, which is cleaned every day. Its looks just like on photos, the wifi is reallly good, the hotel is located right next to the beach, rooms are big and clean with a nice terrace, food in the restaurant is amazing, all the staff are smiling and always there to help, especially Nataliya, the manager from Ukraine, special thanks to her. The location is perfect, its quiet, nice and clean beach but still having some small shops, bars and restaurants walking distance, if you would like to go to the busy and dirty Chinese town (sihanoukville), it take aprox. 15-20 minutes by taxi and costs from 7-10 USD. For me it was perfect stay, the best hotel for the price and I would definitely come back again and recommend it to someone else.
Cons: The hotel street is really in bed conditions all muddy and huge holes in it, but that is everywhere in this area so I am sure it will get better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Be it the restaurant or around the hotel. Very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was yummy. We had a great time overall.
Ren Resort - Krong Preah Sihanouk
9
8.3 Excellent (567 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing resort with great room and restaurant. The service is phenomenal! The personalities working in this hotel are incredibly hospitable, warm and welcoming. I prefer this over any other resort I have ever experienced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and kind and the facilities on offer were excellent. The pool was a great place to cool off. The restaurant and food were really great. The beach view and sunsets were a dream, either whilst sitting down eating your food or laying down on the beach laychair drinking a coctail.
Cons: There was construction happening next door during the stay which caused some loud noise at times. Wouldn't deter me from coming back and staying again though when the construction is completed.
The Last Point - Krong Preah Sihanouk - Building
10
8.3 Excellent (58 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at The Last Point in Sihanoukville (Prey Nob), you'll be 11.8 mi (19 km) from Sokha Beach and 13.2 mi (21.2 km) from Ochheuteal Beach. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I loved the atmosphere, the staff were really nice, the food is nice and in large quantities so you get a lot for the money you pay (I was never able to finish my meal). The area is really small and most of the time you stay at the bar, 'cause there's not much else to do. So even if you travel alone, you should have no problems with meeting people. There are plenty of hammocks to chill in, a small library to borrow a book... There's no service or wi-fi signal whatsoever, so it really forces you to disconnect. There is a charging point at the bar but... do you really need it? The facilities are really simple, the bucket shower was okay, you really don't need more. Everything was clean and what I liked a lot is that they have no lockers, but you can really trust the people who come there. There is no problem with just leaving your luggage by the bed.
Cons: The sandflies made it really difficult to enjoy the beach. It's not the staff's fault though. It's just the jungle... Also, since the location is so small, there really isn't much to do. You can chill out, read a book, hang around the bar with the people... all of these are great. But for how long can you do this? The place is perfect for short stays though.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Awesome place, amazing staff, and brilliant food. Would 100% stay here again!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and friendly staff
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hostel is comprised of a bar, some hammocks, some bungalows, an area for the Khmer staff (who are awesome!) and the beach! Pretty simple really, but that's all you need. The water is nice to swim in, if you pick up a bag of trash from along the beach you get a free beer (I picked up trash anyway, even though I don't drink beer) and you should do it just to help out! and the water at night was my favorite with the BIOLUMINESCENCE!!!
Cons: the bathrooms were not clean and I barely used them while there. If this was taken care of a little bit better, I think that would highly improve the experience. Otherwise, everything was pretty nice.
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The sunset boat tour and cliff jump was awesome! The food at the Restaurant/bar is great. The Khmer kitchen/boat staff has it dialed. A nice place to unwind and disconnect.
Cons: The facilities could use an upgrade or some maintenance. Has a party atmosphere, might not be good for all families.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff that made me feel part of a family. Klang 30 is perfect for socialising. Great for solo travelers. Great location as this side of the island gets a breeze at night which helps as there are no fans. Great food at reasonable prices. Beautiful setting. Feels like I am in the film the beach. Have briefly visited all other hostels in this island and highly recommend this one.
Cons: No fan, basic facilities but it was as I expected :) remember you are on a island!
5.5 Okay
Pros: Owners were very friendly and the price was inexpensive!
Cons: I am covered in ant bites from sleeping in the dorm. I was disappointed by the trash on the beach, too.
7.0 Good
Pros: Food is really good, though quite expensive. If you come to stay offline and in peace this is the perfect place. The owners are nice people.
Cons: Everything would have been quite good but there was an english girl from the staff that was extremely rude, nevere smiled and instead looked really bothered whatever thing we were asking. During a small discussion she even said something about smashing my face while the other voulunteer (that I considered a nice guy until that moment) was trying to scare us with other menaces. Completely out of mind, those two have no idea on how to work, treat customers and live.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great hostel, very social and super nice staff/owners, good food and great khmer coffee. Really enjoyed the beach. Every couple of days they do a sunset boat trip around the island, can highly recommend. Kactus hostel is only a 5 minute walk if you need a change of scenery, it's nice for dinner and sunset. Mind you everything on the island in general a little more pricey compared to mainland due to location but still good value for what you get. It can get a little louder in the evenings so bring ear plugs if you want to sleep early :)

5.0 Okay
Pros: not very much. Staff were ok food was good.
Cons: rooms were to dark and a long way from the main building. The location the beach is ok but the town looks like a war zone. Rubbish everywhere and constrution by Chinese companies hsd destroyed the town.Horrible
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, nice staff
5.7 Okay
Pros: Beach is excellent.
Cons: Pool was too crowded, breakfast was too crowded, thought we had a room in main building, instead we stayed in a rather poor room at something called Sokha Express. Same campus but low quality room. Seems like false advertising.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location overlooking the sea, beautiful pool, lovely greenery . Amzing restaurant called Lemon Grass.
Cons: They wouldnt take your luggages to your room. Never seen that ever before.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good facilities, well positioned for the beach and clean
Cons: The property itself was ok but for the price the service could have been better. Sihanoukville itself is terrible. It’s a huge dirty building site and I would never return
4.0 Okay
Pros: Beach is the best of this Resort.
Cons: Service is bad and prices like in Kempinski .
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Brazilian bbq was Nice
Cons: No water pressure in shower Not clean No minibar Bad service Forgot to put in extra bed
7.5 Good
Pros: The food was amazing, we tried all the restaurants. The entertainment of a night was a nice bonus. The pool staff were fantastic and drinks well priced for a resort
Cons: The rooms are a little dated but the extra facilities available made up for that.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Food not reach the standard . Rice not cook well ( sokha fried rice ) Tonyam also not the actual taste . Club sandwiches , cold beacons hard bread , oily French fried . Disappointed on the F&B management . Sad thing ... and the price doesn’t reach the expectations .
Cons: Only the beach side
5.5 Okay
Pros: Spacious room and nice pool
Cons: Staff at reception was not helpful enough There was a language barrier but instead of trying to resolve problems they ignored them sometimes.. At one point phone lines did not work, I went to the reception to order room service and they actually tried to send me to the kitchen to order my own food..when I looked at them shocked they realised that maybe it's not right :) especially in a 5 * hotel? Also the town itself is terrible but that's not hotel's fault Nor recommended for holidays only for business visits

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The design of the property was very attractive
Cons: N/a
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean and our own private pool was a great addition! I liked the outdoor shower too.
6.8 Good
Pros: Lovely pool, super friendly staff and the room was to a high standard. Particular highlight was the open air shower.
Cons: The main downside of the property is the absolute chaos that surrounds it. If you’re coming to this part of Cambodia for the stunning, postcard-type beaches then DO NOT stay in either Otres beach or Sihanoukville. Head straight for the islands. These areas have literally been decimated by Chinese development and the landscape looks like it is in the wake of a natural disaster; mounds of plastic waste, massive construction sites and pothole cratered roads. In fact, the only disaster that the region is facing is the aggressive expansion of the Chinese tourist industry which is destroying the local economy and landscape. A real tragedy for such a beautiful part of the world.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff - the know the area has issues and try to overcome this with a positive attitude.
Cons: Unfortunately for the hotel, the immediate area is one huge construction site. The hotel is a nice oasis and the staff attentive, however this does not stop the area being akin to a third world country. Not the hotels fault at all and I am 100% positive that once construction is finished and the area developed more the hotel will shine.
7.5 Good
Pros: Although sihnoukville is a big trashyard this property is a nice place to transit to koh rong islands. The pool is great with a nice bar
Cons: Rooms seems too cramped and property can have better restaurant
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: I liked leaving to be honest in the morning
Cons: For a 4* resort as they claim to be, I can honestly say that this was the worst experience of all.our hotel stays throughout Thailand, Laos & Cambodia. We arrived In the evening to faeces in our room next to the bed on the shelves, the bed sheets had stains all.over them, some from what I can only assume to be blood due to the colouring and the other stains were from bodily fluids, we were told not to use the shower fir more tha 30 seconds due to flooding the room...when I discovered the feaces and dirty bed sheets I went to reception to raise my concerns to be told that I could leave and find another hotel(had we not travelled for 13 hours and it had not been after 11pm I would have gladly left) I asked to be moved rooms to which I was told no.more rooms were available...the bedsheets were not only dirty but damp, again j raised my concerns and there was another room that became available .magically although the bedsheets were still damp, the whole room.was dripping from condensation build up and it was just not nice experience, the room was absolutely stinking of smoke & I am a smoker just to give an idea of how bad it smelled, the breakfast was very average & very poor I terms of selection, this hotel is owned & operated by foreigners so this is why you would come to expect a better all round experience and stay, 4* joke of hotel, it is surrounded by rubbish all around and had the feeling of a rundown hole that has had its day many a years before, I would not recommend staying at this hotel as they simply do not care...very disappointing to say the least

5.0 Okay
Pros: Gym and Spa on site was good.
Cons: Compared to my experience with other hotels in Cambodia, this was by far the worst customer service experience. The lack of hospitality really stood out for me. I actually decided to check out one day earlier. Rather than ask ne s out my experience at their hotel, or to ask about my reasons for leaving early, the only thing they had to say was to remind me that I will be paying the full amount.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Some how I do feel the price is a little bit high
Cons: Beach area should be able to swim with life guide
6.5 Good
Pros: I stayed at this property only one night. It is clean and has an amazing pool. The room I stayed in was relatively new.
Cons: The food at the sunrise restaurant was mediocre at best. The price were relatively high as well. The included buffet breakfast at the coral restaurant was decent but not great given the cost of this hotel at $105 per night. The room was far from the pool, lobby and restaurants and requires an golf cart transfer. Unfortunately I called the reception and waited at least 15 minutes before somebody showed up and on may way out of the resort the golf cart never actually showed up,which meant I had to carry my luggage in the heat all the way to the lobby which resulted in my missing my taxi to the airport. The resort like many others is over run with many Chinese tourists so if this isn't what you want I would avoid it. The lock on the door did not work at first and I had to call the maintenance department and realized you have to turn the lock left, then turn it right and then quickly turn it left again to get it to lock. The A/C worked well but the shower only has a curtain and water leaked all over the bathroom every time I took a shower. This is not acceptable for a newly built resort and this needs to be address with either a glass door or a recessed shower so that the water cannot spill out.
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast is quite OK. The room is spacy with garden views (wish to have an ocean view). Good and quiet for relaxing after long hours of working and mission.
Cons: -The Room Charge is a bit expensive. -Electricity Link Changes too many time at night time, very disturbing -Some Service staffs at the breakfast areas are not really friendly
6.3 Good
Cons: The beds were SO SO hard that both me and my partner have really sore backs now and when we requested a different mattress we were told they were all the same. The serving of food was small also and the prices were high. Barely anyone could speak english at the front desk and i think its important to make sure you have someone who can as it was really hard to communicate anything to them. Staff were not overly friendly either in reception. The gym was too hot and not enough air in there and the lift was broken so we had to carry our baby down the stairs in the pram and when we told staff they just said "sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't" as if it wasnt a priority.
7.5 Good
Pros: Swimming Pool
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big hotel, big space and many choices of rooms to stay. The seaside villa is damn good with private pool!
Cons: It is located on top of mountain with jungle so a bit of quiet at night!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and Great setting up
Cons: Not sure
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The nature of the hotel and its recent renovated history make it interesting. You may want to enjoy breakfast in the quieter seaside restaurant so as to avoid a loud, pushy national group whose crass overbearing influence is wrecking the rest of Sihanoukville. Staff are good and the hotel is an oasis from the ecological devastation that Chinese investors are imposing on what was once a beautiful beach city. people watching from the private beach is intersting.
Cons: On some floors guests hang their washing on balconies like they are in a Guangchou village.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: One of the luxury hotels in Sihanoukville, they own a huge piece of land you feel safe in the area and take a break from all the aggressive Chinese revolution happening outside. Shame we didn't manage to visit the infinity pool & the private Independence beach, we opted to stay a night in the pod. The pod was cozy and the AC is cold enough, the entire pods area is cute & instagrammable and the hotel will provide buggy services to send you in and out to the lobby. Breakfast was ok, a little overpriced but it's a special experience overall.
Cons: A little pricey

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bungalow was clean, Otres Beach (750m), Restaurant had very good food: Calzone, beer & Screaming Os cocktails were awesome, the atmosphere was relaxed, wifi good in the restaurant.
Cons: Wifi slow/patchy in the Bungalow, Shared toilet/shower sometimes unclean, Other Building works nearby going all hours, Gecko chewed my ear-plug! 4% Card Charge thumbs down. Lake area being renovated, gardens need attention. Noisy neighbours (xxx) lol
7.5 Good
Pros: View from the window Big room Beautiful place
Cons: No hot water-borne day we didn't have a water Expensive
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice view of the lake and forest which it quiet and relax for weekend.
Cons: Toilet did not clean or arrange before guest. Also water run slow and little that hard to take a shower or use anything in bathroom.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bar restaurant was great and the staff very friendly ......wildlife was quite interesting as on a mangrove...
Cons: The place was on the edge of Sihanoukville which is a pain(as a long way from everything) but in retrospect also a godsend as it was away from the filth and stench of the Town. Sihanoukville is in the midst of a construction boom and is full of building work, huge potholes and masses of rubbish. Any journey you take is going to be the bumpiest, smelliest ride you have ever had.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice place, food was really good too!
Cons: Too hot
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Good mosquito net surrounding the bed. Restaraunt has great pizza for a decent price. The best place to stay in the area by far.
Cons: We stayed here two nights, on week apart. The manager is very rude and condesending. Only that the place was so nice, the manager's attitude on both nights we stayed would put us off staying again.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Staff very friendly.
Cons: We stayed there for one day and there was not water at all, cold or hot, to shower or wash your hands/face in the bathrooms. There was also a huge lizard in our room. It was raining that night and the whole room was full of water leaking from the roof.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Super good and friendly staff. The food at the place is good and the room was ok for the price.
Cons: It's a good way off from everything. And the surrounding is not exactly super pretty.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Food was great. Staff great.
Cons: Room was a shack and the rain flooded into the room (7 dollar room). No lake anymore like they show in the pictures.
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed and nice little bungalow. Bathrooms where clean and the fan in the room helped with the heat.
Cons: The location is kind of sketchy, a lot of constructions around. The beach is nice but the surroundings are not.

Pros: Ok the regular line staff are great. Helpful, nice. Very good people. The manager doesn’t say hi to you. He was very unfriendly to other Asian travelers but he was super welcoming to westerners. Really disappointing to experiencing this. If you are Asian stay away.
Cons: The location is way to far from the good areas of the island. It’s at least a 15 minute walk to other restaurants and other beautiful parts of the beach. The front area isn’t as nice compared to other parts of the island. For $80 a night in December I expected more. The bathroom was clean but there’s no hot shower! I like to shower before and after I start the day but it’s super cold.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Awful complex the staff understand are training but the fact say pool is Filthy they say just been cleaned air con didn’t work tv didn’t work the whole experience horrendous
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Basic necessaries are made for a hotel. 1) room is clean 2) morning shift staff knows English 3) restaurant food is good and cheap Things to take note: 1)Entry to toilet inside room is high and slippery be careful due to very high step. 2) many flies outside not to leave your door open for long 3) long walk from main entrance to reception 4) shower has very low pressure and no hot water at night 5) no lift in hotel be mindful to request first floor if carrying big luggages Overall I’m satisfied with 3D2N stay
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were the stand out point of Don Bosco. Always smiling and very friendly, felt very welcomed from checking in to leaving. The fitness centre was an added bonus to make time for a workout during the day.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Serene, clean, good food, courteous staff, good facilities, good location away from all the crowd and construction
Cons: Location, assuming you want to be near the crowd and casinos. Else, if you are looking for a quiet place, the location is excellent.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was great, the room size was very spacious and the pool outside was nice. Staff were fantastic and very helpful.
Cons: The surrounding area is a construction site. So travelling by car takes a long time due to lack of actual road. So eat here, no need to venture out for food.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff is so sweet, really doing their best. You need to have some patience
Cons: The wifi was really bad, did not reach our room. Sihanoukville was not a nice city to stay at. Would not recommend the city, but would recommend this accommodation.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything else. Staff were lovely! Food was good. Rooms are very nice and the pool was lovely too
Cons: Location is quite far from the centre which is a pain when wanting to go anywhere but a blessing in disguise really because Sihanoukville is quite unpleasant
6.8 Good
Pros: Decent food
Cons: Reception staff needs more training. I ordered breakfast for my rooms, we paid for everything upon check-in. The next day they tell my group that we are not allowed breakfast even though we paid for it. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

Cons: Dirty room and smell of cigarette smoke
7.0 Good
Pros: Pool and beach nearby
Cons: No Cupboard available
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was big, comfy and clean! Small oasis in the middle of all massive construction. Beach is clearer
Cons: The ac in my room was a bit malfunctioning
7.0 Good
Pros: We booked a sea view room which was very spacious. Hot water, wifi and air conditioning were excellent. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The large bed was very comfortable. The location was the best thing of all.
Cons: We felt that the property was not as new as we expected. We noticed a few maintenance items in our room that needed attention, eg paintwork, quality of door/door handle. The shower curtain was misssing. The bathroom, particularly around the bathtub needed more cleaning, as did the grout of the floor tiles.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: People always heplfull and friendly especially the hotel staff, Great distance to beach, beast beach on this mainland coast
Cons: due a lot of chinise investment constructions, the whole coast is under development and shift from small backpacker sites to luxery big hotels, the time between is crowdy, loud, with lot of waste
6.3 Good
Pros: The room and pool area was actually quite nice.
Cons: Private beach that hagglers can still access and ruin your sunset. No means yes apparently. Over charged for a taxi to the airport. Tuk tuk would only cost you around 5 to 10 dollars. We got told 20 dollars. find out later that the hotels take a cut. The food at the restaurant wasn't good and neither were the cocktails. Breaky wasn't too bad though.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice peaceful location. Great beachfront outlet. Brilliant sun set.
Cons: The shower did not have a shower curtain. So the floor get wet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very friendly and kindness. Good view, quiet and far from constructions area.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Overall the property was very filthy, when first walking into the room the floors were very dirty, there was a dead bug on the bed. flies & mosquitoes swarm the room. the restaurant was overly priced, the food is disgusting. we expected more.
4.5 Okay
Cons: the sink in the bathroom is stuck and there are worms
