8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was sooo nice. Food was fantastic.
Cons: Room was full of mosquitos when we arrived. Had to buy own spray. Bed was too hard. But staff was happy to add extra blankets under the sheet to soften. The beach was nasty
9.6 Excellent
Pros: If u want good Western hospitality Sunset lounge is I believe the only resort left that can offer that, rooms are serviced every day and kept tidy.
Cons: Unfortunately the plastic and rubbish issue is a big problem in Sihanoukville. Andreas and Cathy the German hosts try their very best to keep the beach clean but they the only ones who seem to care.Sihanoukville has also been overrun by the Chinese and their hunger for developing buildings, construction and their love of casinos has put a huge dampener on a once decent tourist destination.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs are good
Cons: Restaurant is too much fly
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff and owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool on site was excellent. The food in the restaurant was the best in the area.
Cons: Sihanoukville is going through a phase of development by Chinese investment. The investment has ruined the roads and the construction of casinos and hotels have created a lot of garbage.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: An absolutely oasis in the middle of the chaos this city lives at the moment. Facilities well kept, attentive staff, clean area and sea front.
Cons: The city is just a dump at the moment, not the hotel's fault.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The reception, restaurant, staff and the hammock outside my room.
Cons: Nothing really but Sihanoukville has changed so much, the entire city, roads and infrastructure is in a mess.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet rightbup the end of beach Pleasant staff Clean rooms Food was top notch
Cons: The resort was very nice but Sihanoukville at the moment is a bit off putting with lots construction going on ..
7.9 Good
Pros: The service was great, they arranged a pick-up service and ferry tickets for us. The bungalows are very clean and the restaurant serves great fresh food in good portions. Also the pool is awesome!
Cons: Unfortunately the surrounding area isn't quiet as nice, there is many trash and you can't just enjoy a walk around the area. But the resort and its beach itself were extraordinary clean!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the owners, the little garden, the pool, the private terraces with hamocs, the food. Great hotel....
Cons: ....can't say as much about Sihanoukville.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sihanoukville nowadays is absolutely inappropriate place to stay as a tourist but if you have to...This hotel is the best what you can find here. Friendly stuff, great restaurant and clean rooms
Cons: All bikes are broken and the stuff knows about....Sihanoukville Nowadays ( The worst place I've ever been to my life)
7.1 Good
Pros: The structure is fine with a comfortable living area. Fine also the room and very good the kitchen
Cons: The location is not good since all the area around the resort is under construction and dirty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a wonderful place to stay. So comfortable and amazingly, they had it up and running efficiently (and clean!) after a flood three days before we got there.
Cons: Nothing about the Sok Sabay. I would have a hard time recommending the Sihanoukville area due to all the construction and road problems.
7.1 Good
Cons: Aircon did not work
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the room is good. the environment is nice.
Cons: uneasy to find the location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The setting was beautiful particularly when in the restaurant ... and the staff were amazing. The air conditioner was not working at 100% and could not be fixed immediately. The staff offered us another room but we could not be bothered to move as it was not that uncomfortable. When we got back from the beach they apologized profusely for entering our room without permission but had disconnected an air conditioning unit from another room and replaced ours with it. That kind of sums up the service here - in the restaurant and all around. Our apologies for not just moving rooms. We had no idea the work we were about to cause.
Cons: Touch of mildew smell in the room but our stay was just at the end of the rainy season so I'm not sure if it could be helped given the water and humidity everywhere. We would definitely go back here given the food, the service, and the value.
6.3 Good
Pros: It’s a little oasis among the filth that surrounded this place. Small fairly clean swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had a continental breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms. The mushrooms tasted off to me so I thought I’d leave it, but my husband ate his and by lunchtime he had diarrhoea. There was no way he could have gotten food poisoning from other sources because he hadn’t drink or ate anything in between. So definitely he got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We were so glad we found this place for some peace and quiet in the crazy construction site of a city. The bedroom was silent apart from the sounds of nature. The room was spotless and really comfortable. The pool and the bar area is really nice. We ate there everyday and the food is delicious and really good price drinks for a resort. The staff were great. Didn't leave the resort as not much going on nearby. We could of stayed longer. Only piece of advice is that we stayed here to be closer to the airport but the road between otres and the airport is in really bad shape at the moment.
6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Good bed. Nice garden.
Cons: Sihanoukville is a horrible place. Do not go here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautiful oasis in dug up Sihanoukville
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: An oasis in a terrible location.
Cons: Didn’t offer breakfast before 7.30am and we were leaving at 7am. I’m sorry to say if you can avoid Silhanoukville don’t go!!

6.7 Good
Pros: Accomodation clean. Staff friendly. Room comfy with good air con
Cons: Not the hotels fault but sihnakouville as a whole should be avoided. It is an open construction site and dumping ground. Disgusting. Accomodation was standard. Were a little disappointed no food was on offer as there was a religious celebration but we were never informed. The owners weren't able to advise anywhere to go for dinner (actually laughed at us when we asked) We ended up buying noodles at a near by store and eating them in our room as there are no restaurant options near by other than ones that had rubbish and dead mice outside
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gerald and his wife, the owners of the guest house, made the stay very warm and made the guest house very accommodating. They were happy to greet you everyday and were willing to give advice and sit down and chat. I can't speak well enough about them. The property is well kept and each guesthouse has its own sofas and table in the entry. It is covered by lush plant life, so it makes each house intimate and private.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the owner is very friendly and kind and helpful.
Cons: the river beside the terrace was smelled, unfrtunately but it is not the hotel mistake.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I am sending an official letter of complaint...how you can recommend any human being to visit that area for a holiday seriously questions your credibility. It was a disaster
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked the place around 10pm. Lastly, we found the place. When we reached there, it was 12 o'clock, After we swung the bell, the owner came with smiling and show us the room. He was very nice owner.
Cons: The bathroom's door (glass) was not covered by the linen or..other material which can see through from outside.
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the hot strong water in the shower and the very clean swimming pool. They were happy to make me a gluten free breakfast.
Cons: The TV was not working the whole time I was there and when I asked about it I was told to watch TV streamed on my phone. There were no mosquito nets and the resteraunt was next door.
6.3 Good
Pros: Kerstin the owner is such a lovely woman always taking care about their guests, the place is very well located, just right front of the beach, good size rooms and bathrooms and clean. Nice breakfast.
6.7 Good
Pros: The owners are charming, helpful and friendly. Their place is great for the price but you don’t want to step outside. The place is a filthy mess of massive building work and choking in waste.
Cons: The approaches to the town and every road out to the hotel are muddy and are full of huge potholes. They are lined with uncollected rubbish and the beach is so covered in plastic waste you really don’t want to swim.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners Gerald&Kerstin are lovely people that love their peace of paradise in a Chinese construction site. They went beyond the call of duty and above to help us out and had a great time at their guest house.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owners are great people, nice and communitacived. We had couple of beers together, and very friendly conversation. Place is very clean and tidy. If you are looking for good european standard for reasonable price it is place for you.
White Boutique Hotel & Residences - Krong Preah Sihanouk - Building

8.4 Excellent (672 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Sihanoukville (Mittakpheap), White Boutique Hotel & Residences is within a 15-minute drive of Golden Lions Roundabout and Phsar Leu Market. Featured amenities include express check-in, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's beach is small but clean with enough sofas and chairs for everyone, the swimming pool is also amazing. We booked the family suite which was nearly too big for us, the beds were confortable as well as the sofa-bed. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant's food delicious. The staff was nice, and the managers always helpful. The gym was small but with enough basic equipment and the sunset yoga was very nice !
Cons: We came during Pchum Ben festival so a lot of things were closed and it was nearly impossible to go outside of the hotel as we couldn't find any tuk tuk. Unfortunatly the hotel doesn't have a " private " tuk tuk driver for its guests and the staff couldn't do anything for us. The hotel tries to be eco responsible and plastic free so I would suggest to put water carafes in rooms that we could refill at the reception instead of plastic bottles. For a hotel of this standing, we thought that the cocktails weren't great and too expensive for the ingredients quality. There is 5% not included in the bill to add, the staff made prices mistakes nearly every time.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Room big. But couldn't leave it as outside was so terrible.
Cons: Do not visit this area!! Whilst the hotel.room was ok (over priced though) you are surrounded by rubbish, flooded roads, unusable beach, dirt dirt and filth everywhere. Stop. Rethink and go somewhere else, the whole area is in ruin and is one large rubbish dump. Food was terrible in restaurant and no other options.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice pool, good breakfast very helpful staff
Cons: Not quite as advertised, rooms & hotel are nice but look better in online photos. Better value for money elsewhere. No fault of hotel but the location is appalling, roads are in very bad state of repair, rubbish everywhere. More of a criticism of Sihanoukville as opposed to the hotel. Do yourself a favour and head straight to Koh rong island, real paradise.
7.1 Good
Pros: Thanks to White Boutique Hotel, my vacation was somewhat salvaged!!! After a 30 minutes treacherous taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted with friendly faces and smiles at the reception. We were able to check-in ASAP upon arrival. They only set back for us was the stormy weather, therefore we spent most of the time in the room. Our twin setting room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had hot water facilities. As for the hotel facilities, we had a day to dip ourselves in the amazing pool with some killer cocktails. Kudos to the bartender!!! Since we were unable to get out much, we dined most at the Duo Restaurant. Although moderately priced, we enjoyed every bit of the tasty meal prepared accompanied by the music and live performance at the restaurant. Overall we had a pleasant stay at White Boutique Hotel.
Cons: Surrounding the hotel, the area was totally damaged with mounts of rubbish and construtions. Hope the government will act accordingly to restore the coastal city again.
7.9 Good
Pros: I read reviews and response comments by guests and manager before staying here. Firstly the hotel was excellent and if I ever (I highly doubt it) were to be in Otres beach in the future I would highly recommend it. The hotel room was massive and well equipped. The shower room was very nice. The hotel has lots of places to eat and have a drink at within 2 to 3 minutes. The breakfast was amazing. We unfortunately due to weather were not able to enjoy the beach, yoga or outside cinema. I would highly recommend staying here as it is an Oasis. We were told by local staff that it is Russian owned and has not plans to be taken over or sell at this stage
Cons: I did use the Spa and had a massage. It was average. I had noted in prior comments about flys and we did experience some in our room. The real difficulty I have is that all the negative comments about this hotel are due to location and vicinity to Otres and Sihanoukville. I get the responses about Sihanoukville needs to be reviewed on the appropriate site and I will also do this. However, the location of the hotel is so interlinked that is difficult to separate and when 2 steps away from hotel boundary (road, path beach and sea are polluted, building sites and 70% of the properties are closing) you can't ignore that. The reality is that Otres beach and Sihanoukville are places that having seen and experienced I will never come back to. The guide books and many travel site have not caught up yet and still site untouched paradise.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean, and the pool is unique and beautiful . Yoga lesson was great. We also loved the care for the environment
Cons: Not the hotel’s fault - the area around the hotel is really dirty, beaches around full with plastic and other unpleasant garbage.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It’s so hard to review this hotel because I like the idea of it & I get what they are trying to do with the place but unfortunately it’s location makes it a horrible place to stay. The manager & her close colleague are very nice & helpful. The outdoor bath tub was a nice touch There is a washing machine in the room I stayed in which was useful to wash all our stuff at least but that’s literally all there is to do there.
Cons: The room we stayed in was apparently only 6 months old but there was so much wrong with it. The finishing was awful, there was paint EVERYWHERE, it’s like no care has been taken. It’s on the tv, the decking, the skirting boards. The design of the room is a nice idea but it was done to such a poor quality. The sofa was old and worn out & really not comfortable for 2 people. Considering this is the only Place you can sit to watch tele (it torrential rained the whole time we were there & we also both got food poisoning / ill whilst we were there so we could barely even leave the room). No TV in bedroom (it would be better placed in there instead of the lounge area) there was a fridge which was empty despite the room being advertised with a mini bar. There was a sink but no washing up liquid or a tea towel. There was a hob but no pans. We had hair in our food from duo restaurant twice and we told staff and they didn’t care, they didn’t apologise, just shrugged and walked off. We were both sick after our first day here which we can only assume is due to poor hygiene given the hairs and when we ordered room service we watched them being food to our room through a storm with no cover on it so the food was all sopping wet when we received it. It feels like the only person that cares is the manager and it’s a real shame because you can tell she really cares about what she is doing. Sihanoukville as a whole is absolutely awful, the worst place I have ever visited which is not the fault of the hotel but I would not recommend the destination to anyone, ever. It’s a building site and a land fill & it’s stinky. :( asked house keeping for toilet roll & they just looked me up and down and walked off and never brought it. Also ordered breakfasts for us both as we were checking out at 5am which we never got :(
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Extremely confortable bed. The hotel has a very good restaurant which means that you do not need to wonder the streets of Sihanoukville to find something to it. It was very convenient and had great cocktails. In addition the hotel was kept very clean.
Cons: Sihanoukville....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, Rooms Sfsdd
Cons: Weather! Nothin grandfathered can do about that! But they provided free transport and intimate rain cover
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was my best experience in Cambodia. The room was really nice: spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities, well-maintained. The bed deserves to be mentioned - the softest and the most comfortable l have ever slept on. Very good breakfast and a’la carte menu. The hotel restaurant DUO is a really nice place for lunch and dinner. Staff: professional, friendly and helpful. To be honest, team is very important to me and they did everything on the highest level. Thank you! And the last, but not the least - good value of money.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast was great! Very convenient
6.7 Good
Pros: Food was good, wifi was good, staff were nice. Room was clean shower was hot.
Cons: Although this is not the hotels fault. The area and city is just disgusting and unsafe I would strongly reccomend anyone to stay away Sihanoukville. If you must stay 1 night before island then I would reccomend this hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was fun and the pool was nice. The restaurant was good but needed more Cambodian choices on the menu.
Cons: Otres is being over run by the Chinese casino monster.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Left two days early due to poor weather, they refunded fully, really impressed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are lovely they couldn’t do enough for us. It’s so sad that you can’t go out side, it is so bad & dirty. We didn’t fill very safe at night. We just feel so sorry for the Cambodian people who are let, like I said they were lovely.
Cons: Food was good & staff.
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel was nice. Good pool for kids and clean and tidy with a good menu.
Cons: Not really the properties fault this but Sihanoukville was an absolute dump. Hundreds, possibly thousands of dumped rubbish bags by the side of the street which made the whole place stink and the amount of plastic in the sea was disgraceful. What a shame for a once beautiful place. Action needs to be taken, fast!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Decent rooms, like a little paradise compared to the surrounding town
Cons: Sihanoukville!! Had to leave early for our ferry to Koh Rong and the breakfast they gave us looked like the previous nights leftovers
7.1 Good
Pros: hotel very nice ,clean , all facility good , service good
Cons: location not good enough
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely hotel and the staff were brilliant. Clean rooms and a decent breakfast. The restaurant is also good.
Ren Resort - Krong Preah Sihanouk
9
8.2 Excellent (535 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing resort with great room and restaurant. The service is phenomenal! The personalities working in this hotel are incredibly hospitable, warm and welcoming. I prefer this over any other resort I have ever experienced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and kind and the facilities on offer were excellent. The pool was a great place to cool off. The restaurant and food were really great. The beach view and sunsets were a dream, either whilst sitting down eating your food or laying down on the beach laychair drinking a coctail.
Cons: There was construction happening next door during the stay which caused some loud noise at times. Wouldn't deter me from coming back and staying again though when the construction is completed.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pool area was very nice as were the staff. Beach very close and although not the nicest beach, there were nice facilities there with waiter service.
Cons: The hotel didn't have a lot of unique charm. People in the restaurant were playing games and watching videos on their phones loudly which was distracting.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful and quiet beach. Spacious room.
Cons: Restaurant is so crowded, unprofessional service staffs. Breakfast is the same everyday.
7.5 Good
Pros: no people the hotel was boomed maybe it wasn't the season breakfast bad beach to middling the sea is very hot mosquito has too much only casino only quiet
5.0 Okay
Pros: not very much. Staff were ok food was good.
Cons: rooms were to dark and a long way from the main building. The location the beach is ok but the town looks like a war zone. Rubbish everywhere and constrution by Chinese companies hsd destroyed the town.Horrible
5.7 Okay
Pros: Beach is excellent.
Cons: Pool was too crowded, breakfast was too crowded, thought we had a room in main building, instead we stayed in a rather poor room at something called Sokha Express. Same campus but low quality room. Seems like false advertising.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location overlooking the sea, beautiful pool, lovely greenery . Amzing restaurant called Lemon Grass.
Cons: They wouldnt take your luggages to your room. Never seen that ever before.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good facilities, well positioned for the beach and clean
Cons: The property itself was ok but for the price the service could have been better. Sihanoukville itself is terrible. It’s a huge dirty building site and I would never return
4.0 Okay
Pros: Beach is the best of this Resort.
Cons: Service is bad and prices like in Kempinski .
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Brazilian bbq was Nice
Cons: No water pressure in shower Not clean No minibar Bad service Forgot to put in extra bed
7.5 Good
Pros: The food was amazing, we tried all the restaurants. The entertainment of a night was a nice bonus. The pool staff were fantastic and drinks well priced for a resort
Cons: The rooms are a little dated but the extra facilities available made up for that.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Food not reach the standard . Rice not cook well ( sokha fried rice ) Tonyam also not the actual taste . Club sandwiches , cold beacons hard bread , oily French fried . Disappointed on the F&B management . Sad thing ... and the price doesn’t reach the expectations .
Cons: Only the beach side
5.4 Okay
Pros: Spacious room and nice pool
Cons: Staff at reception was not helpful enough There was a language barrier but instead of trying to resolve problems they ignored them sometimes.. At one point phone lines did not work, I went to the reception to order room service and they actually tried to send me to the kitchen to order my own food..when I looked at them shocked they realised that maybe it's not right :) especially in a 5 * hotel? Also the town itself is terrible but that's not hotel's fault Nor recommended for holidays only for business visits

Pros: One of the best along otres beach with soso food and soso room, bathroom is distinctive, but pool is kind of dirty with sour taste water...
Cons: Pool, breakfast and cleaner room. Honestly, almost all the road in Sihanouk is muddy with uneven surface and really hard to ride, nice beach but lots of garbage, avoid coming here if you can. Siem Reap is really worth visiting tho, go there and it’s enough for Cambodia.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel is nice but no beach front seats. Like what it said on the description. We had to walk and pay to the near by beach front restaurant for drinks and food so we can use their seating area by the beach. U might need to update the information( up to date).
Cons: Nice Decoration, friendly staff, good food
6.7 Good
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms - the outdoor shower was a nice touch and the pool area was relaxing.
Cons: The location is absolutely awful, it looks like a war has happened here. The is nothing around the hotel, the beach is a mess and covered in litter. Stay away from Sihanoukville
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There is simply the Best Breakfast you can find in Sihanoukville, even as a walk-in. The rooms are nice, comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the beauty products are nice. Very nice land, nice garden, and well maintained The beach is not very clean.
Cons: Road and traffic very bad
6.3 Good
Pros: The swimming pool and the room were nice
Cons: We ordered a taxi to bring us to the airport and the taxi was 30mins late! The roads to get to sihanoukville Airport are terrible and we were very nervous because we could miss the flight. I think 30mins delay when we asked for this service the day before is unacceptable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The pool was lovely and the room was stunning. Staff were very helpful. The food at the hotel was good. Great bar in the pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort was very beautiful, staff helpful and friendly. Bathroom need to close the avoid mosquito
Cons: Infront of the hotel the is bad
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel it’s really nice!
Cons: All the surroundings. It’s all destroy buy chinese “developers “
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Inside of hotel everything is good. We lived in villa with private pool and jacuzzi, that was great. Breakfast is ok, staff is very polite and nice
Cons: Beach is absolutely covered by garbage, Sihanoukville is drowning in garbage, booker 1 night before coming back, there is no normal roads in the hole city, so if you go to airport, arrange you transport in advance, we arrived 2 min begin check in was closed, because of rain
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Manager was very helpful (booked us our bus tickets) - Our room with private pool was awesome!!! - Own restaurant with very tasty food and the prices are fair! - Clean and big rooms!
Cons: - sometimes the staff could give a little bit more attention to the guests (specially when there are just a few during rainseason)! As guests in a 4-star hotel it would be nice if a staff member could ask us if we want to have another beer/cocktail during dinner and not to hide ;) - location of the hotel is (at the moment) not the best. China is take over the city and there are construction sites everywhere. No restaurants nearby. The street and the beach infront of the hotel are in very bad conditions. (maybe in a few months ita getting better)

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The noodle soup is a bit sweet.
Cons: Nothing
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The view from the hotel was nice
Cons: We first booked the queen eco-pod and it was so tiny that my partner and I couldn't fit there. The fittings in the eco-pod were very shabby and it was flooding inside. We spoke to the housekeeping staff and they were not willing to give us another room. After a lot of discussion they upgraded us to another room which also started flooding and leaking when my partner took a shower. The hotel in itself was very dirty and what was the most disappointing was their private beach was very very dirty. We checked out within the first day of our supposed three night stay.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location, the swimming bools and the beach.
Cons: We were 12 adults + 2 children and we booked 6 rooms for one night. We paid US$ 120 per room. From my experience I South East Asia, when you pay this amount of money, then you expect at least excellent service. But in this hotel the manager has chosen his staff whom 95 % of them were men, and most of them were unprofessional and lazy. The building is also old and the rooms smell.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location away from the construction madness in the rest of Sihanoukville. Really nice pool and private beach. Enjoyed breakfast in the Sunset Restaurant.
Cons: Sea view from room was blocked by trees - so no sea view.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: close to the beach, closed resort, clean rooms, 24-hour reception, monkey family on the premises
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Stayed at the glamping-like Pods for a different experience
Cons: One of my worst hotel experiences. Big property but general grounds, facilities and rooms are poorly maintained. I guess the staff are overwhelmed by the hoards of PRC guests they get at the property, so service was hardly existent in this hotel - no smile, no warmth, no intiative, not even response at times. Was a really unpleasant stay for the price paid.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Staff is very friendly
Cons: The room smells bad, even the sheet wasn’t smelling good. Food at the restaurant is good, but service is slow
4.2 Okay
Cons: Except for the breakfast, everything else is well below my expectation. The bed, toilet, chairs and floor are dirty. The air conditioner is noisy. I really cannot imagine that I could possibly stay at this hotel again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and Great setting up
Cons: Not sure
8.3 Excellent
Pros: One of the luxury hotels in Sihanoukville, they own a huge piece of land you feel safe in the area and take a break from all the aggressive Chinese revolution happening outside. Shame we didn't manage to visit the infinity pool & the private Independence beach, we opted to stay a night in the pod. The pod was cozy and the AC is cold enough, the entire pods area is cute & instagrammable and the hotel will provide buggy services to send you in and out to the lobby. Breakfast was ok, a little overpriced but it's a special experience overall.
Cons: A little pricey

With a stay at The Last Point in Sihanoukville (Prey Nob), you'll be 11.8 mi (19 km) from Sokha Beach and 13.2 mi (21.2 km) from Ochheuteal Beach. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved the atmosphere, the staff were really nice, the food is nice and in large quantities so you get a lot for the money you pay (I was never able to finish my meal). The area is really small and most of the time you stay at the bar, 'cause there's not much else to do. So even if you travel alone, you should have no problems with meeting people. There are plenty of hammocks to chill in, a small library to borrow a book... There's no service or wi-fi signal whatsoever, so it really forces you to disconnect. There is a charging point at the bar but... do you really need it? The facilities are really simple, the bucket shower was okay, you really don't need more. Everything was clean and what I liked a lot is that they have no lockers, but you can really trust the people who come there. There is no problem with just leaving your luggage by the bed.
Cons: The sandflies made it really difficult to enjoy the beach. It's not the staff's fault though. It's just the jungle... Also, since the location is so small, there really isn't much to do. You can chill out, read a book, hang around the bar with the people... all of these are great. But for how long can you do this? The place is perfect for short stays though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Awesome place, amazing staff, and brilliant food. Would 100% stay here again!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location and friendly staff
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The sunset boat tour and cliff jump was awesome! The food at the Restaurant/bar is great. The Khmer kitchen/boat staff has it dialed. A nice place to unwind and disconnect.
Cons: The facilities could use an upgrade or some maintenance. Has a party atmosphere, might not be good for all families.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We went at the very beginning of the season (October) so it was super quiet but unbelievably chill, just what we wanted. (However we hope to come back soon during peak season, I imagine it’s a whole different vibe!) The staff and volunteers are awesome. And the food is AH-MAZING. Bungalows are nice and spacious and bed is super comfy! I can’t praise this place enough, honestly there’s something very special about it!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food exceeded our expectations and was delicious! Loved the overall experience and would definitely go back again!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff Good value for money
Cons: The dirtiness of the beaches on the island, although it's not the staff's fault.
7.1 Good
Pros: Food is really good, though quite expensive. If you come to stay offline and in peace this is the perfect place. The owners are nice people.
Cons: Everything would have been quite good but there was an english girl from the staff that was extremely rude, nevere smiled and instead looked really bothered whatever thing we were asking. During a small discussion she even said something about smashing my face while the other voulunteer (that I considered a nice guy until that moment) was trying to scare us with other menaces. Completely out of mind, those two have no idea on how to work, treat customers and live.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great hostel, very social and super nice staff/owners, good food and great khmer coffee. Really enjoyed the beach. Every couple of days they do a sunset boat trip around the island, can highly recommend. Kactus hostel is only a 5 minute walk if you need a change of scenery, it's nice for dinner and sunset. Mind you everything on the island in general a little more pricey compared to mainland due to location but still good value for what you get. It can get a little louder in the evenings so bring ear plugs if you want to sleep early :)

7.5 Good
Pros: Loved the mangroves but all around was a horrendous filthy construction site sadly so I stayed on the property and felt happier chilling there until I moved in. I went to the beach and to a few cafes but it really broke my heart at the sheer destruction of the village
Cons: See above
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: we could not find the place and they did not pick up the phone either so we had to book a last minute booking elsewhere. we hope that anyone else who saw this review would be able to avoid what we went through.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room is quite nice.
Cons: The location Is hazardous during rain season. We got woken up at 2 am to leave due to flooding.
7.9 Good
Pros: Probably the last nice/cozy place in this city/area for romantics and backpackers. (August 2019)
Cons: Sihanoukville (the town/area) is actually a nightmare. Never seen something like this before. I'm very sad for the locals and open minded tourists. Only a big wasted chinese construction area, dirty and loud. When the chinese finished here project, i think this will be a no go full of chinese casinos and people with selfie sticks. All old locations are ruins. Except Mangroves & More !!! ...seems they are still fighting for their dreams.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The place is okay but avoid Sihanoukville and its surroundings, in September 2019 it was an immediate disaster on arrival, constructions and rubbish everywhere. Google it!
6.7 Good
Pros: Basic clean accomodation for a good price. If you like nature you'll love this place The food is quite tasty also
Cons: Sihnakouville itself should just be avoided at all costs. Unfortunately the Chinese have taken it over and it is no longer the beautiful seaside town it once was The staff seemed quite lazy and we had to ask staff members numerous times for things like menus or drinks we had ordered
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location, walking distance to Otres Beach. Just the perfect place for someone who likes to be more eco friendly, as the rooms have fans instead of air-con.
Cons: Nothing obvious, maybe provides keys for customers to lock the cupboard?
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable, nice restaurant. If you need to be in sihanoukville, its a great option. But i would not recommend the city itself, since there is nothing to do there.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet (without noise from the street), nice mattresses and pillows, good bar and nice and helpful staff. A bit far away from everything but not so far from the beach. We spent one night in a two beds room and it was more than good
Cons: The isolation was not enough. We could hear everyone talking. Shared bathroom not so great
6.7 Good
Pros: Only stayed due to missing the ferry over to Koh Rong. Bungalow was spacious and comfortable!
Cons: Location was in the middle of a construction site ( the whole of Sihanoukville)

5.1 Okay
Pros: Ok the regular line staff are great. Helpful, nice. Very good people. The manager doesn’t say hi to you. He was very unfriendly to other Asian travelers but he was super welcoming to westerners. Really disappointing to experiencing this. If you are Asian stay away.
Cons: The location is way to far from the good areas of the island. It’s at least a 15 minute walk to other restaurants and other beautiful parts of the beach. The front area isn’t as nice compared to other parts of the island. For $80 a night in December I expected more. The bathroom was clean but there’s no hot shower! I like to shower before and after I start the day but it’s super cold.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Most of the staff, especially someone who always worked in the restaurant was very very nice. Very helpful and kind.
Cons: The blood stained sheets, made us very uncomfortable sleeping, NEED new sheets. Water quite expensive, and very inconvenient location. Staff were nice but maybe someone with better English, or adult should look over. Problems weren't addressed ( like blood stained sheets) and tuk tuk took so long to come when ordered and was double the price so we ordered passap.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean room and tasty big portions at the restaurant.
Cons: There had just been a hurricane so the pool was out. Tried to explain that we wanted ferry tickets and didn’t quite trust that they understood so went into town to buy them. All in all, happy to support the school.
7.9 Good
Pros: Sihanoukville is now a dump. Don Bosco's was an oasis within the chaotic mess. Pool was good and the staff friendly. We were happy to be supporting this excellent initiative that provides opportunities for the under priviliged.
Cons: No towels in room or light bulbs in the bedside lamps. Sorted out quickly by reception.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Road was very very worst to reach hotel
5.0 Okay
Pros: Hospitality
Cons: Had trouble with the lights , staff were very polite. Location can't really say all the roads leading to it was bad. Really bad !
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The hotel is too far from the main entrance. It takes 6minutes walk on rough, dusty road under the heat of the sun.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, Far from casinos and construction, delicious food, Good service and clean room
4.2 Okay
Cons: Power interruption. WiFi not available Poor communication. Road access terrible. Staff were unable tell that I had already paid!
7.0 Good
Pros: Given the dire state of Sihanoukville thanks to the Chinese invasion, this is perhaps the best and most civilised of the hotels in town - at least it's clean and quiet, and the trainee staff are charming. It's a hotel school so for a good cause, too.
Cons: Not great value for money in comparison with other hotels elsewhere in the country, and some better attention to maintenance in some areas would be good, but for a short stay it is fine
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Value for money... The stay was amazing.
Cons: Water was really bad and there was no towels

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel, with good breakfast, Clean rooms and good food at restaurant. Staff very kindly.
Cons: Sihanoukville city was construction everywhere, and near hotel too with a lot of noise 24h a day. Street around hotel also was very dirty and smell very bad. Beach near hotel wasn't very pleasant also.
7.9 Good
Pros: Security guy at the entrance is the best!!! And the housekeeping lady was very nice to us.
Cons: The food from the breakfast looks like it's been waiting for many days for someone to take it... The pool and breakfast stuff were not helpful, never refilled/changed the food at the breakfast, didn't have towels. Very disappointing because it's my 3rd time in the hotel.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Not recommended hotel
6.3 Good
Pros: Great bedroom and very spacious.
Cons: Horrendous noise from adjacent building site starting from 7.0am and not finishing some nights until 2.0am in the morning. Booked 5 nights only stayed 2 due to noise.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, and reasonably clean .
Cons: Next to a construction site, so it was incredibly noisy. Also, 80USD was very steep, this was more a $40 or $50 hotel. It was a bit tattered and could use a renovation.
7.5 Good
Pros: Swimming pool
Cons: Rental service
