Pros (+) I liked the customer service additude of the staff. Mr Ong in the reception area creates a festive atmosphere with his interaction and positive response to any question or problem. The hotel was just remodeled and it seems they never set up the TV in our room. A man from the reception staff imeadiately responded to my repair request and sent a maintenance guy at 10pm to correct the situation. The ...
