Pros: It was really clean, nice and spacious. The atmosphere was relax and cosy. The people working there were friendly and helpful, and the hostel arranged bustrips to different beaches every day. And they had a great pool. We were really sad to leave only after one night.

The breakfast was good and they had several good menu options for purchase. Our room was very clean and quiet. The beds were a bit too hard for my preference. There were many dining options nearby.

Cons: Downside they have a cat which for me was annoying. Water refills should be provided to reduce plastic consumption. Other than that great Hostel.

Cons: Noisy (drunk) neighboors with bad noise insulation. It' s probably ok if you are a young backpacker that likes partying and come back at 4am, but not so good for a family.

Pros: The staff were very helpful for arranging transfers off the island and up to Bangkok. They even offered day trips snorkelling where you get picked up from the hotel. It was in a very good location a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. If you have a late ferry they were very accommodating with allowing you to store your bags and allow you to use there shower facilities on the top floor. Good value for money if you’re travelling and want a private room.

Cons: The no air con in the rooms made the room incredibly hot. I did know there would be only a fan in the room. But outside was actually colder than the room and it was unbearable to stay in the room during the day ( not that you should want to with all the amazing things the island has to offer)

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were big and fluffy. Towels were changed regularly and were actually usable compared to some hostels. Front desk staff were awesome! So kind and fun. Lots of good areas for smoking and non smokers. Beers in the fridge and water provided daily.

We booked a trip to go snorkelling but I ended up getting stitches in my foot so couldn’t go and they let us use the trip ticket to buy a ticket to Bangkok so we didn’t lose out on money which was amazing and so helpful. Washing is literally right by reception in the building opposite, close to loads of bars, restaurants, clinics and the beach! Changed the bed sheets and towels every day too which was a big bonus in my eyes, would stay here again it’s good value for money and the staff are great!

Cons: However as our room was facing the street it was very noisy. In addition there are no plug sockets near the beds and the WiFi is extremely poor. Also the air con cannot adjusted and we were all freezing during the night. Also 3 guests that were in our dorm room made a lot of noise during the night until 6am and no staff member was present to rectify this. Finally, the security in this hostel is very poor. Any one can walk in off the street with no security present and all doors unlocked. We left after one night despite paying for two nights.
