Location is great. Located in Haad rin village, walking distance to Full Moon beach. Close proximity to supermarkets, local eateries, shops and tourist hotspots. We were a group of friends staying at the luxury upper floor rooms. Our room had a nice balcony with a hammock. Rooms are very very basic, cozy but clean.
Bed was a little rough and room a bit small, but once you're familiar with Koh Phangans pre Full Moon troubled reservations you realize you're in the right place.

AC was strong, room was clean and spacious, pool was cute, good location- close to the action without being too loud.
Wifi was a recurring problem- very weak signal a lot of the time.

they stole from my baggage, that's totally bad. They don't know what is politeness... Don't get my wrong, people from koh phangan are beautiful exept the b&w bungalows owner... You are a poor thief...
