Probably the best location you can get in Thailand, right on one of the nicest beaches. The manager was very kind and friendly. The housekeeping was daily, and was done very very well, with towels made in different interesting shapes. They provided water, coffee, hair dryer, fridge, A/C, foot spray for washing off sand, lounge chairs on the beach, etc.
The receptionist did not meet our needs. We arrived in the rain, after a 4 hour minivan ride, with no working internet on our phones. We had a reservation and our passports. It shouldn't have been a problem to check in. Since we had no internet, obviously we didn't have access to our booking number, but most hotels can look that up with your passport. She insisted on our booking number, so I explained that I don't have internet. She just wouldn't help. So I sat down in the lobby, confounded. What should we do? Book another hotel? Call booking to ask them to call and verify our booking? I got upset. I asked her why she could not just look up our booking number. She didn't explain why, and just insisted that we needed it. I told her I have a reservation and a passport, but she wouldn't explain why that wasn't enough. In retrospect, she could have just offered us the wifi password to look up our booking number, but she instead just let us sit in the lobby helpless and confused. I asked for a manager, but instead of going to get him she kept arguing with me. I refused to talk to her anymore, and waited for the manager. At this time I was really angry. The manager resolved whatever the stupid problem was, and let us stay there. But we decided not to extend our stay for 3 more weeks as was our original plan. However, I'm giving a high review for this place anyway, despite her efforts to destroy the business.
Everything was great. Peace and quiet. Got the rest I needed. Beautiful garden, great bungalows, the staff very helpful. The beach wide with yellow sand.
During monsoon season it’s quite empty in the streets. Most of the restaurants are closed and if you want to buy fruit you have to go to the market which is some 4-5 km away.
Cool little place. Spacious. Clean. Cleaners do great job and love the way they do the towels. Close to beach and some nice eating places. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Everyone is friendly. Enjoyed stay. Clean towels and water daily. Also great. I had a deluxe
The hard bed sorry. Wasn't comfortable. And mosquitos. U can't help them
Resort near by the sea, good location, perfect room.
Lovely location for the beach as you are right on the front
Bed was really hard and could also do with modernising
