Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Disney and Universal, and appreciate the proximity to shops and restaurants. However, many are disappointed with the breakfast, describing it as minimal or inadequate, often just a cereal bar and coffee. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff helpful and others experiencing delays or unfriendliness. Cleanliness is also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms and bathrooms. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for its location, but improvements are needed in breakfast, service, and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
