Pros: Everything was so amazing! Didn't expect they to speak English, or to be polite as everybody says about Ukrainian people, but I'm surprised how friendly, sweet, helpful and nice they were! Gave me a room update, late check out. Were always helping with everything, even the door man to the house Keeping were wonderful, the bed is so comfy that you don't wanna go anywhere else lol, I have spent 6 nights in there and didn't use the facilities, swimming pool and spa cos the bed was incredibly good and I always wanted to get back to the hotel just to lay down lol. Really recommend this place

Cons: Location is not that good to walk around. You would always need a taxi. Also, there was no bank office which would make it more convenient for guests. ATM gives only 2000 uah, there is only one machine there. Bar drinks are very expensive higher than what other 5 star hotels charge. Lobby is not good. Small and no working bar services. You must go to second floor for that !

Cons: It's my second stay in this hotel, and also having experience for the second time their "gold floor" that gives you access to extra services. Sadly my problem started in the night when I was woken up at 5:30 am by one of the neighbors knocking on the next door and yelling extremely loud "open the door". It seems that they started a party with loud music, lots of women yelling and singing that kept on going until 7 am. Even though I have informed the front desk, nothing really changed, moreover, I could hear the room service coming in with extra drinks. Just disappointing for such a high standard hotel and especially when staying in one of the best rooms on their top floor. After explaining this again during their check out they apologized and offered us a late checkout or if we prefer, an earlier check-in during our next visit (?? very weird). You have a great hotel, but your customer service really lacks quality, you need to understand that all your customers are equally important and if I call 3 times during the night you should somehow solve it.

Cons: In my last meal, my wild rice came with a strand of hair. I didn't complain to them because they are so nice, but I would give a tip about wear a type of cap when is delivering the food, but maybe was the kitchen, as the hair was really mixed on the rice.

Cons: The room was nice, not fancy, but clean and a good size. 4 elevators that are on separate circuits. Each stop on almost every floor on descent. Breakfast was very good. Excellent selections. During peak times, clear tables are difficult to find. Plenty of tables but the staff is very slow to clear empty used tables. If you need help from the front desk, don’t ask one of the ladies for help. All they can say (English of Ukrainian) is “come back tomorrow”. Ask one of the men at the desk for assistance. They are helpful. All the women working at the hotel appear to have an attitude. The men are very helpful. This is a $50-$60 a night hotel. Location is perfect.

Cons: Where to start. The room furniture and decorations was very dated. The bathroom clean and updated. The remainder of the hotel resembled Soviet Union appearance.Just a general appearance most everything does not work, old and outdated.
The free breakfast was ok if you are Ukrainian. Westerners would not find it satisfying. It is a Ukrainian kitchen. When it rains the water drips on the outside air conditioning units giving the feeling of sleeping in a Chinese prison camp.
The staff was acceptable but seemed to be indifferent. Everything cost extra with no coffee maker in the rooms.
If the want that good old day "Soviet" feel. This is a good hotel for you

My reservation was cancelled, they claimed my CC was stolen (even though it's in my name and my passport matches it). After they realized their mistake, the manager hesitantly apologized and told me I can just rebook it in cash for a 10 percent off (which actually isn't a deal at all, considering the price is still higher than online). Worst part of all this?? The lady working in front WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION to this entire interaction between me and the manager, and so she denied me the discount and told me to book at full price (like 1.5 times the online price).

Cons: The budget room was just a corner room almost a cupoboard with a light that could be turned down but not off. Smelt of cigarettes a bit. However other rooms have been fine.

Pros: The location is in the heart of the city, everything was good, the staff was very helpful and ready to help any time , smily faces, for the value of money it is a very good choice.
Cons: I did not like it when they close the main door of the hotel at the entrance because of the club upstairs so I had to go to the second entrance and pass by the club gards and declear that I am a residence of the hotel everytime I want to go in or out, it is a little bit annoying specially when I had to smoke a cigarette, there is no smoking area in the hotel .

Cons: The hotel is located above a Gentlemen's club and nightclub. If you are a nightowl or partygoer then this would probably be ok for you, but if you booked this hotel with the intention of sleeping at night then it just wont work. No frills, no tea or coffee facilities unless you pay extra at reception, one towel for two people (until we asked for an extra one). In the standard double the duvet did not fit the bed or go around two people!

Pros: Fairly clean, cheap and good location.
Cons: I couldn't imagine a place like this existed: it's between 2 clubs (one under and one above!), so it's noisy literally the entire night (until 6 am) and there are all sort of strange men making additional noise in the hallway every morning after the music finally stops (and the hotel staff say there is nothing they can do about it). Also, you must request if you want to have your room cleaned.
