Location is very good, close by nice restaurants. I picked a renovated room, everything was brand new, loved the very nicely designed wall. Breakfast had limited options (3 different types) but very good quality and tasty.
since I was alone and stayed 1 night the size of the room wasn't a problem but if you are a couple and stay longer need of a wardrobe and some extra size.

The staff was super friendly and the location is very convenient. The wifi worked *perfectly* for putting in a couple of hours of work (including videocalls). We stayed two nights on two different rooms for availability reasons so I had the chance to compare. The first room was of the "Smart Double" category, a recently renewed room. We loved it, very modern and comfortable. Small, but big enough to have a desk to work from. The second night was on a room of the "Deluxe" category. While it was HUGE, the size wasn't necessarily a benefit for us, and this room hadn't gone through renovations so it was a bit dated. Things like older furniture, and power outlets not as convenient as the first room (for charging our stuff while sleeping, for instance). The size actually made it more inconvenient as the bed was upstairs but the bathroom downstairs. So, nice room, but we preferred the smaller, more modern one.
The deluxe room was a bit dated, but that's mostly when compared to the brand new room. Nothing else to mention really, everything was great!
It’s on main area , old city nearby. Most of the attractions nearby and can see by walk.
On going construction in the building and had noise, the other thing is too expensive as compare to other buildings.
Location is amazing, right near the funicular and really liked the Podil area - plenty of nice restaurant options. The 3 course a la carte breakfast was one of the best ones i have had in a hotel, and a lovely leisurely start to the day. The restaurant i done very nicely with lovely decor. Free water whenever you needed it was good. Overall good value for money.
The room didn't look anywhere near as modern as the ones in the pictures, which must be the renovated ones. It was spacious and the bed comfy but very old school, quite dark and smelt a bit like stale cigarettes! Staff were perfectly friendly but we asked a receptionist for some restaurant recommendations for varensky and she seemed to have no idea! It would be good if they could give a few recommendations in the area, as there are plenty of nice places.
