The Resort is not too big and quiet with beautiful grounds and a nice pool. All facilities are well maintained. The breakfast is very good and the hotel is only some 50 m away from the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. A lot of nice restaurants an a good supermarket are in walking distance.
the restaurant offers good quality at reasonable price, but if you like Thai food, than the offer is limited. Apparently the majority of guests prefer western cuisine. But--- see above. Quite a lot of good Thai and Fish restaurants in the surrounding.

Rooms were clean on arrival. The breakfast was ok. Drink specials were good. Air con worked great and the pools, whilst I didn’t swim, appeared small for the amount of rooms / people.. Oceanside was a brief two night stop over. A few massage and restaurants down the road (50m) others are 150-200m.. for the price, location etc the cost was probably on point.. didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant..the grounds were well Kept and clean.
The bed was very hard, would be ok for a cpl nights but any longer it would probably be uncomfortable . Cleaners didn’t clean up extra glasses left around from some drinks, not a biggy but there were 3 cleaners. Buffet wasn’t big, and not lots to choose from but tasted ok. Rooms were out dated, but clean.. For the amount of rooms pools appeared small..the gym is tiny and it’s located as you drive in, fully glass .. so if you like your privacy probably not the place to workout..

Friendly atmosphere in the village. Good excursions.
A ceiling fan in the room would be a good second option to air conditioning. In the longer term, some form of careful regulation in this region will be needed to avoid tourist saturation and over commercialization.

Not too big. Not on beach (so cheaper) but a only 100m from sand. Very clean and comfortable Large rooms Nice buffet breakfast
The grounds is mostly open lawns with pool in centre. Not tropical and luxurious looking like some other resorts. No swim up bar Limited pool option Most guest in January were older Russian couples (lovely people). But if you are looking for a place to mingle with younger people or a place for young children to have playmates this is not the place for you.
