The staff were consistently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with many guests appreciating early check-in and assistance with luggage. Cleanliness was a strong point, with rooms and bathrooms frequently noted as clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms were also highlighted. However, several guests mentioned the lack of an elevator and the challenge of climbing stairs, especially to higher floors, as a drawback.
