The staffs we're very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the breakfast was healthy and very delicious.
The laundry room had a few mosquitos and my daughter was bitten.

Very friendly staff remembered me after months away. Rooms have nice views of city or harbor. Nice big soak tub where you can look out the window from the bath, Electronic bidet. Great room lighting. Location is great near Love River, Pier 2 district and close to MRT station. Lots of great local food places right outside.
Shower step out towels consistently worn out. Not a big deal but something I always noticed in otherwise top-rate accommodation. Also, could not get AC to maintain comfortable temperature, I think because of location of thermostat not in main part of room. Still loved the room though.
