Pretty Gross all around
The shuttle to Kauffman stadium
I read bad reviews but ignored them bc it was so cheap!! The water park IS NOT INCLUDED, and gross from the looks. The area in incredibly sketchy! Their lobby is deceiving, but when you get on any floor, The walls are peeling off everywhere, the carpet is disgusting, and there is a funky smell everywhere. The kicker for us was no room would be below about 78 degrees. We moved our family 3 times (twice at 10 pm) to a new room bc the air wouldn’t work at all. I was furious when I looked at my 13 month old and she has sweat running down her face at 9 pm. We never slept with covers bc of the heat. It was horrible. To walk barefoot on the carpet in the room was disgusting. Listen to the reviews and stay in Overland Park!!
Worst bed I’ve ever slept in
Coco Key was awesome, kids had a great time.
Clorine level was horrible, take some eye drops with you because your eyes feel like they’re going to burn out of your sockets. The check in line was ridiculous, it was going out the door and only 3 people to check in guests. Same with the elevators. The bed was horrible, better off sleeping on the floor.
Location for ball park
Love the proximity to Kauffman Stadium, and the water park Coco Keys.
Half of the games in the arcade didn't work, no ice machine on our floor, pop vending machines only take credit cards and it malfunctioned on our floor, no free breakfast in the am, staff weren't very helpful or welcoming.
good place close to stadium
clean room and was quiet
hot tub was cold and heavy on the chlorine
Close to KC Sports stadiums
Great for ease in seeing Kansas City Royals play
Over $200 per room, very poor value considering a lumpy bed, a missing mini fridge and tiny bathroom. Air conditioning was marginal.
The hotel appearance upon arrival was nice and clean. The gentlemen there when we arrived was kind and helpful.
The beds were the WORST! As were the pillows. Was supposed to have a microwave but didn't. The rooms were so warm - even with the air down to 60. Indoor pool door was jammed shut so we couldn't swim. However, the man at the counter gave us tickets to the water park - which was okay but super warm and heavy - but suppose it's supposed to be? Had to get ice from the market because the 2 floors I was sent to to get ice, the machines weren't working. A few more petty things.. Not a fan of the hotel :(
Disgusting, filthy rooms and the front desk was rud
Front desk was rude. Notified them of no heat in our room, they told us to pretty much deal with it.
Reservation not saved?
The hotel was great. The staff was pleasant and eager to please.
When we arrived, there was no record of our reservation. If I hadn't brought along my printed receipt I don't know that we would have gotten a room at all. Not the best start to our stay, but after the issue was resolved we truly enjoyed ourselves.
Love how beautiful the hotel was an how relaxing the room was an Denys was right across the way so I smacked all night lol love this place plus it has a water park .
Needs to be torn down
After a bad storm and no power there were 350 people all trying to check in at 4 pm. The Staff was amazing in the service they provided to many irate guest. Michelle and staff did an amazing job during a stressful time.
The Hotel as a whole needs to be torn down and re built. The rooms were extremely outdated, mold on the ceiling tiles in the room, no hot water, bugs in the blinds, NO air conditioning at all, very poor over all quality for spending $250 for one night because of a concert being in town.
The rooms where very nice and cleane
