Front staff are great. Cleaning crew could use some better training. We had to request a new duvet cover as the one we had was stained yellow in a section. Coffee was missing for coffee maker. Dirty cups were left behind after room refresh.

Pros (+) The pillows and bed were very comfortable, the room was very nicely appointed with everything we needed, including a white noise maker. The best part was the service, on the morning of checkout we were leaving for Alberta but there were multiple road closures on our route. The three gentlemen at the front desk all did their best to find us an alternate route home, they were very helpful.
