The view from the lanai of our oceanfront room was amazing. The staff was very prompt to respond to our special requests!! Thos property probably has the only private beach in the area. The complimentary snorkeling gear and beach chairs and umbrella, made our time down at the beach worthwhile!!
They went the grounds for parties and weddings, so there were all those noises on at least one of the evenings during our 4 night stay.
Loved that we can hang out at pool bar while kids played in pool. Location was great walked around had shops and restaurants near by.
There was an event going on at the beachside. so we didn't get to enjoy the beach area.
Beautiful views from lobby.
Ridiculous "hotel fees" and parking. This adds over $50 per night, so beware!
Now charges a $22 amenity fee along with a $25 daily parking fee. Just changed a few months ago, and was one of the last places in Kailua-Kona that hadn’t followed the resort fee trend.
