Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to restaurants, shopping centers, and public transport. Some guests also highlighted the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about inconsistent service, issues with hot water, air conditioning, and breakfast variety or quality. While some found the breakfast and staff service to be satisfactory, others felt these aspects did not meet expectations. Overall, the location and room comfort stood out as positives, but service and amenities need improvement.
