View was nice.
location was fabulous, room size was great and was well appointed. Food and service at the main restaurant and Moose's Nook was exceptional. Property is very pet friendly.
Breakfast server acted like it was a chore to bring us juice - I had to get up and help myself. Bathroom was not cleaned well, I took a photo of the bathtub and captured five hairs in one frame. There was a bright outside light that shone directly on the bed giving us the choice of blackout curtains or sleeping in a spotlight. Called the desk and asked if they could come turn it off - they said they would but then did not. Also received a noise complaint while watching television at approximately 11:00 on Saturday night. I advised the caller that I thought they must have called the wrong room, but thought it was really strange.
Everything was perfect the location was beautiful the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and polite I would certainly recommend staying here. The restaurants were second to non the food was impeccable
The great view from our room and the excellent efficient staff that helped us with all of our needs.
