Good breakfast buffet, active kids lounge, beautiful location, herds of Elk roaming around
Staff and service could have been better. There were 3 of us to a room and after 3 days I had to track down the cleaning person to get more shampoo etc for our bathroom, as it was not replenished daily like at other Fairmont properties. The bathtub was tilted and did not have anti slip material , so we had to hang on to towel racks when showering. Junior suite lakeview room
Excellent as usual
Pricey but very good
Flawless service. Fabulous location with an abundance of breathtaking views. Herds of Elk wander all over the place which drew traffic to a halt.
Our cottage room ran out of hot water for showering. We had to wait between showers for the water to re heat.
Fabulous staff. Thanks to Brittany, Skyler, Joydeep, & Jesse
Only one restaurant was open during the week
Dinner at The Nook was mediocre at best. Caesar salad bland & too much bacon & croutons. Main course of braised ribs very tough.
Beautiful views, great for activities with family. Very friendly staffs!
However, the restaurant staffs were one of the worst we've ever experienced. And the food was not good.
Food service was good but expensive.
The room was old. I noticed that I was in the older part of the hotel and being late to reserve the room, I should not complain. The front desk had already upgraded my room and I was happy to be at Fairmont.
