Loved it from the moment we stepped in, also the communication from start to end was excellent. The staff were just wonderful, authentic and a truly family run place. We travel to Jaipur every year and so pleased to have found this place. Also really loved the menu for breakfast and dinner - simple, but beautifully prepared.
The property is beautifully kept, all the staff are exceptionally helpful and the service is hard to beat! We loved everything about this small boutique heritage house! We can’t wait to return and stay longer!

The rooms are nice - mostly in the new building. The design is nice, the pool is great. Very good service. Prices vary so try to get a lower price on booking or hotels.com Breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful and accommodating.
We were charged for nuts although we were told they are complementary. so ask again.
Many of the Staff were excellent along with the reception staff (a lady who's name I have forgotten, sorry), was brilliant. The restaurant staff were all so brilliant.
Attention to detail could have been better and Room cleanliness is not what I would have expected for the type and rating of hotel. The day after arrival I had to have the room deep cleaned and only after that was a good standard maintained. It is a shame as the Hotel could be perfect if they simply took the time to clean rooms to a better standard. Clean rooms for foreign travellers is essential to avoid issues. Too many Senior Managers standing around all day doing and contributing nothing. I understand there is a higher arch in India but the amount of chiefs hanging around doing very little was ridiculous.
