Pros (+) The staff is always friendly and easy to ask questions. my stay has always been quiet and comfortable. I've stayed at this location several times now and I love that you can dispose your hotel key card to help the environment. I always pick this motel when traveling to Jville and recommend it as well
Cons (-) I only have a few complaints. My first complaint is the cleanliness of the carpet. I don't think it would be that much to ask to run a carpet cleaner through the place a few times a year. I know that would make your customers a lot happier and I know I would feel more obliged to pay 90 dollars a night if the carpets were cleaned. Which leads me into the price. Pros (+) The only person that kept me leaving was the front counter gentleman Job.
Cons (-) The only security cameras in the entire building are in the entry way and on the 1st floor facing inwards towards the lobby area. Not to mention no cameras in the stairwells! There is no sense of security in this place. My vehicle was hit while parked and no SECURITY cameras on the exterior of the building. I will not stay in this place ever again. I was very disappointed!!
Pros (+) The kitchenette was great and very useful! saved alot of money instead of eating out i just cooked at home.
Cons (-) Housekeeping isnt a daily thing, so i did miss the feeling of fresh linens, but it definitely was not a big deal. I loved my stay anyways.
