Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby amenities. The staff receives frequent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with many reviews citing dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and poor maintenance. Breakfast is another area of dissatisfaction, with guests describing it as limited, repetitive, or of low quality. Despite these drawbacks, some guests feel the hotel offers good value for the price, especially given its location and service.
