Pros: Staff were good and allowed me to take the vehicle 30 minutes prior to the time it was technically booked.
Cons: The signage for car rental drop-off at Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul is utterly atrocious. I appreciate this is not likely the fault of Avis, but I literally drove around the complex for 20 minutes trying to find it.

Cons: The staff unapologetically made me wait 4 hours, downgraded my car and charged me more than the amount in my booking. Never again, Avis!

Cons: I had to goto airport to get this BMW 3 series no branch in Taksim have this size. Then i found it used up with 31000 km usage. All kind of alarms appeared on screen. Not good i pay too much for rental.

Pros: When I arrived to airport I went to Payless office at airport as per my reservation but they informed me that no any car available and they totally refused to help me FYI It’s first time to visit Turkey

Cons: Such bad service at reception, they told me that I needed to pay for insurance again after buying insurance on Kayak. Then the car wasn’t filled with fuel as stated on the website. I then also had to pay extra when I brought the car back to SAW airport for the parking

Make sure what car you get before signing
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Classification of the cars is terrible. How come car A and car B can be considered as the same class cars as car A’s price is double of car B??? And they tell you that they will give you car A, But in the last minute try to give you car B. I cancelled booking. And I really am doubtful about renting again from Payless!! Those who want to rent must make sure what car they will get you

Terrible in all means
Cons: Didn't get the car I asked for or similar as I booked, also I requested full to full I got empty and was panicked cause I couldn't find a gas station near by in the middle of the night. Not very helpful staff! Payless never again!

The flight delayed 1 hour as a result I was late on the appointment for renting the car so the person didn’t provide me with the car I wanted. So I was forced to rent a car that more expensive because it was a luxury can and he told me that there is no car with 7 seat or a bus. This was very disappointing.

Pros: The staff at the airport counter aren’t so good not helpful he send us outside so his other collies can do his job by doing the contract but when I called they told me I need to return back to the counter to have him do our Contract and that took about an hour.

Horrible service when I arrived they said they didn't have the car class I paid for . And had to waist time and paid double on the spot for another company! Their office drop off location at sabiha Airport is a disaster to find and it was off airport then I had to drive back to airport ground b attended was not there!

I had a very good experience. The rental price is extremely reasonable, people are very cordial and I received a brand new car at 250 km. The only thing is that you may want to check the daily insurance rate as it is a significant part of the rental cost, and whether the car is an automatic or stick shift, as I was given a stick shift car when I went to pick it up but luckily I knew how to drive it.

my deposit I have not received yet, she sage a week after I handed over the car. i had to give the car back because i had to pay a lot extra for klm. Max 3000 klm you can drive for 30 days. Turkey is a big country, so there is 1000 klm for a beautiful place (he who clean the car was the best employee). read carefully what comes as a surprise. Germany sixt and Turkey sixt are not the same. you order a diesel car but get a petrol (sixt was a good company but has become the same as them…

I liked the pickup and drop off, easy and simple. However the car was terrible, had many scratches and dents, wasn’t clean enough and the prices were really expensive, especially for the “full insurance”.

Cons: I make rent for Mercedes Benz and they want to give me passat .. after that they give me volvo lower than Mercedes but i not want to make problems with company because I travel for rest not for problem next time I will not rent a car from this company

Cons: When you return the car to ataturk airport . You have to wait for the shutel to take you from the parking to the departure building. Only one person is handling every thing.

Cons: We had to wait for a long time for the shuttle bus which takes us to the car rental parking to collect the car. We did not acerpt this long period and we had to cancel our booking.
