Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Many reviews highlight the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the breakfast, which is often described as delicious and served with beautiful views from the terrace. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, noting issues such as dirt, broken facilities, and outdated furnishings. Room sizes are also mentioned as being small or cramped in some cases. Despite these drawbacks, the value for money and overall convenience of the hotel are appreciated by many visitors.
