The staff were accommodating at check in and helped to carry the available up to the room. But when we had to check out, they wouldn't help. Breakfast is ok but almost same breakfast everyday and therefore it was a bit boring. There is also no milk or yogurt for breakfast. The hotel does not change bed covers and towels everyday. But in return the hotel personal Ahmed was helpful person when we were going to have information about the city and city sites.
Just it's not the same breakfast all the time and milk and yogurt for kids. It should be changed bed covers and towels everyday.
It was not healthy fully of smoking and the location not good for family only for male
very helpful and welcoming staff, knew english very good, told us info about attractions and places around the hotel. They had the cutest kitties ever <3 The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to have fast access to the old town (sultanahmet) and the newer areas (european and asian sides). In just 5-10 minutes of walking you can find the Eminonu area where the Spice Bazaar and the adiacent bazaar lies. Here you can find lots of food, coffee, deserts and anything you could want. Near the hotel you can find a small market A101 that accepts card payments and several other local shops and "restaurants" that offer nice food for a lower price (don't be blocked by the fact that they look unkept or very old).
If you want to have access to places where you can drink beer or any alcoholic beverages at a restaurant then you should consider getting accommodation on the european or the asian sides of Istambul. The Fatih area and Sultanahmet are considered to be more conservative, so you won't really find bars around (and if you do, the alcohol will be expensive).
The friendly staff.
The location..so hard to find.
The staff is friendly. The breakfast is reasonable.
I came first day of my stay and they gave me a room not according to my booking, small room comparing to what I booked as it should be bigger room. The AC is not working and the weather was very hot especially afternoon and I couldn’t sleep that night. The hotel doesn’t have elevator and we have to go to the second floor. Before I check in I sent email to the hotel that I will pay the remaining money in cash at the hotel after first deduction by the hotel and I got response that it is Ok to pay cash at the hotel, however I surprised that they deducted second deduction before I came to the hotel so it is disappointing as they broke the promise.
