Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff as a major positive, with many also appreciating the hostel's convenient location near key city attractions like Taksim Square. Some reviews note good value for money and a pleasant atmosphere. However, several guests express concerns about cleanliness, maintenance issues, and outdated facilities, with a few reporting serious problems such as pests and poor bathroom conditions. Overall, while service and location stand out positively, cleanliness and facility upkeep require improvement.
