Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, which is close to metro stations, tourist attractions, and restaurants. The staff, especially individuals like Yasin, received many compliments for their friendliness and helpful service. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms and bathrooms. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some finding it varied and others disappointed by the quality or lack of options. Room size and comfort varied, with some guests appreciating spacious rooms while others found them too small or poorly maintained. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, but cleanliness and some facilities need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
