Guests say
The reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing unhelpful or rude staff and slow check-in. Cleanliness was also a common concern, with several guests finding the rooms or facilities not up to standard. However, the breakfast received frequent praise for its quality and variety, and some guests appreciated spacious and clean rooms. The location was mentioned as challenging for some, especially the elderly, due to hills and steps, but others found it convenient. Overall, while there are positives such as breakfast and some room features, improvements are needed in service and cleanliness.
