Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to local attractions, shops, and the port. Some guests also appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of certain staff members, particularly at the reception and in the spa. However, there are repeated complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, with several guests describing dirty dishes, unclean bathrooms, and poorly maintained facilities. The breakfast is frequently criticized for its poor quality and limited selection. The hotel is described as old and in need of renovation, and some guests experienced issues with room comfort and amenities. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the service are appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and facility maintenance.
