Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and the cleanliness of the rooms. Many appreciated the free shuttle service and comfortable beds. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff, issues with reservations, and slow maintenance responses. Several guests also noted problems with amenities such as the pool, gym, and business center, as well as high prices for food and breakfast. Overall, while the hotel offers a good location and clean facilities, improvements in service and amenities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
