Pros (+) Everything was ok except one malay pregnant lady staff at the reception was a bit rude to us when we came earlier before the check in time at 3pm. Even if we didn't notify 26th hotel or expedite that we will n checking in earlier she could have been more tactful in handling customers! The malay guy who was with her was a comforting face and handled us with politeness!
