Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed, with significant negative feedback about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, mold, and unpleasant odors. Many guests also reported poor service, with issues such as unhelpful or rude staff, refund problems, and confusing deposit policies. However, some positives were noted: the location was convenient for several guests, and the pool was appreciated by families and those seeking relaxation. A few reviews mentioned comfortable beds and good value, but these were less frequent. Overall, while the hotel offers some advantages in location and amenities like the pool, major improvements in cleanliness and service are needed to meet guest expectations.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) I want to recognize a staff member named Austin our air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We told Austin and, he went and, got us a new room where he made sure the air conditioning was working....
Cons (-) I wish the pool would’ve been indoors.
