Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, which provides easy access to city attractions and transport. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and some guests mention good breakfast and clean rooms. However, many reviews highlight significant drawbacks: noise from trams and nearby bars, outdated or poorly maintained bathrooms, inconsistent hot water, and old furnishings. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues. Overall, the location and service stand out as positives, while noise, bathroom conditions, and aging facilities are common concerns.
