The beds were comfortable
Staff was rude, breakfast was really bad and the wait staff didnt really care what was being asked and were totally unresponsive

Nothing..
Rooms are not spacious.. Last time when we booked it was a having waiting hall and a bed room which is very spacious so that we can have our meetings in the waiting room with the guests but now when we book the same double bed premium they gave us single room non premium.. And worst.
