Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its exceptional service, with staff frequently described as professional, friendly, and attentive. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many noting well-maintained rooms and public areas. The breakfast and dining options receive positive remarks for variety and quality, though some guests wish for more rotation and diversity in the buffet. The hotel's atmosphere is appreciated for its charm, family-friendly environment, and relaxing vibe. Some concerns are raised about amenities, including occasional noise, crowded facilities, and underwhelming animation or entertainment, but these do not overshadow the overall positive experience.
