All of the staff that I encountered was great. Tenicia Billups was exceptional. Her personality and customer service is Top of the scale. In a society where customer service is lacking, she is definitely a Gem. Many "Thank you " for her service.

Bed like a cloud room nice but had a slew of Ladybugs in the suite dead and alive. Breakfast at 6:10 with an annoyed person. The other staff absolutely wonderful!!

The staff was amazingly friendly and breakfast was good.
Having to climb over the bed to get around sofabed to use the restroom during the night. A space to walk between would be great! I can't imagine an elderly person with grandkids doing that.
