Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in a few cases, friendly staff or quick check-in. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Many guests also reported issues with service, such as unhelpful staff, lack of towels, and inadequate housekeeping. Additional complaints included uncomfortable beds and disappointing breakfast quality. Overall, while the location is a positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
