Pros (+) Although I spent only 6 hours at the hotel, it was worth every penny. I was returning from a trip abroad and had a 9 hour layover in Houston. I arrived at the hotel after hours, but the night receptionist was quick and attentive. Pros (+) The neighbors were loud and boisterous calls were made and nothing was done about it...did not get no sleep and my 4 month old daughter kept waking up to there music and drunkerness..
Cons (-) Either a night awarded since nothing was done and better staff to facilitate the property..

Cons (-) I had a reservation for the a one night stay. On my way to Houston I was involved in an accident, and unable to make it to the hotel. I called 2 times and spoke to someone at the front desk. She kept saying that the hotel policy is that you have to provide at least 24 hour notice in order to cancel.
