Owner was very nice to chat to, made you feel welcome from the minute you arrive, Paul took time out of his busy day to chat to us about our stay and to tell us about the history of the surrounding area.

You could tell the room hadn't been hoovered but as a whole it didn't spoil anything - bed and bathroom was clean.

A lovely home cooked Full English Breakfast with continental add ons such as cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurt, etc. Choice of tea and coffee. Restaurant on site, good value money, Thai and Cambodian home cooked menu. A lovely homely feel, family run Guest House. Opposite a lovely green space. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and pubs. One of my favourites in Hull.

Inadequate toilet and shower facilities. One has to go a floor down to use either .of the facilities

The hotel was excellent, nice and friendly staff, ecellent location, nice and quiet, yet only 10 minutes walk, to the centre, will most certainly, stay here again, have reccommended it to other, people I know, who will be staying here in the near future

Friendly service, good sized room, everything worked, relatively quiet location. Very efficient breakfast service.
