Guests say
Many guests complained about cleanliness issues, such as strong smoke odors, dirty floors, and unclean bathrooms. Noise was also a frequent problem, with poor soundproofing and disturbances at night. However, several reviews praised the friendly and helpful staff, the convenient location close to attractions and transport, and the breakfast, which was considered tasty and convenient by multiple guests. Overall, while the hotel has significant cleanliness and noise concerns, its service, location, and breakfast were positively noted.AI-generated from customer reviews
