Pros (+) My stay was good and staff are friendly and courteous but at the end I had a problem which I am still not resolved . They charged my credit card in my a rival and they said they wil not proceed so I can have choice to pay either by cash or to use my card . On my checkout day I handled my fruit card and I found my self that I was charged twice and when I called I found difficulties to convince staf...
Cons (-) Staff aren’t well trained for payment procedures and also. Accounting department they don’t know what they are doing neither about credit card procedures
