About 3 years ago I stayed there for 3 nights a week for approx. 7 months. It was excellent. But this time I was very disappointed. There was no menu for food, the kitchen was not open. This meant I had to travel to find a place to eat after work, Also I enjoyed unwinding at the bar after a long day at work. This time the bar was closed one evening and when I was at the bar the attendant was never there and had to wait on him for service. I think they are understaffed.
The staff was really helpful!
The breakfast was ok.
The hotel was very clean, suites are big and spacious. Bathrooms are squeaky clean and very spacious. The breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast plus there was a staff member that stood around during the breakfast hours to make sure nothing ran out and would replace the juices or syrup when they got low and wiped off the counters if someone made a spill. All the staff members I came in contact with were more than friendly!
I reserved and paid for a king suite and was put in a queen suite and the air didnt work. I notified the staff about the situation and was moved to a "king" suite which was still not a king size bed. I asked the staff about it and apparently their "standard king" is the size of a queen bed. The hallways and elevator space are very hot and muggy.
Everything clean and the staff very friendly
I heard when the people next to my room talked.
