Pros (+) Kayak had Getaroom who hired JAC Travel who was supposed to work with Quality Inn Wholesale Dept. My booking was 20 % more money and required 4 day cancel vs Quality Inn 3 Pm day of arrival. When we arrived at 11 Pn after a rough day of travel, our reservation could not be found.
