Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport and found the staff to be generally polite and helpful. However, many experienced issues with service, such as unhelpful management, delayed or missing shuttle service, and lack of empathy from some staff members. Cleanliness was a concern in some rooms and the pool area, and several guests reported problems with hot water and amenities. Breakfast did not meet expectations for some, and the pool was described as unsafe or dirty. Despite these issues, the location and ease of access were consistently praised.AI-generated from customer reviews
