Guests say
Guests frequently praised the breakfast for its variety and quality, and many found the hotel's location convenient for airport access or events. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as musty smells, old carpets, and occasional pests. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or rude staff, while others appreciated the helpfulness of shuttle drivers and front desk personnel. Room size was noted positively in some cases, but there were also complaints about outdated or damaged facilities. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast and location, but cleanliness and service inconsistencies were notable drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
