We were misguided on which hotel we were staying at, we had purchased tickets to nfl game Houston Texans home game and booking ad came up for cheap stay at extended stay right across the stadium as we book and confirmed later we got pushed out to a different extended stay America which was 30min away from the stadium. Never using extended stay America again sadly

Left my nightie, attendant when I called back the night I left just didn't seem to care, said they would have somebody call me. That was Saturday, it'd Wednesday and no call yet.

Mold in the tub, lights did t work, stains on the carpet, bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the room phone didn’t work.
