Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to key destinations such as hospitals, restaurants, and highways. Some guests also mentioned friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. However, several negative experiences were reported, including issues with double charging, difficulties obtaining refunds, poor cleanliness in rooms, and problems with room amenities such as air conditioning and water outages. Cleanliness concerns included musty smells, dust, and sightings of cockroaches. While a few guests found the hotel clean and comfortable, the overall sentiment was mixed due to recurring service and cleanliness problems.AI-generated from customer reviews
