It is a three-star facility. But it has a kitchen. And the location to the beach is amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach chairs they give you are a bonus.

Pros (+) The placement of this facility was excellent. The staff was supportive and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and well worth the price. I loved the ability to cook and the bed was comfortable.

Pros (+) Location near the Broadwalk, walking distance to the beach, bed and couch were somewhat comfortable, small kitchen with plates, glasses, and utensils, full fridge
Cons (-) You can tell the remodeling work is rushed, outside windows were very dirty, shower heads are crusty and in desperate need of replacing

Pros (+) It is an inexpensive place near the beach. You probably save at least $50 over the next cheapest place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Let's face it you get what you pay for. The price was very good and you were a block away from the sand. The facility is old and showing its age. The rooms very cheaply decorated and the bed was awful. Dehumidifiers in the rooms would go a long way to improve the experience.
