A wonderful combination of casual and elegant. Something like luxury accommodation on Gilligan's Island. Lot's if nice little touches, like breakfast and bicycles included. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet and extremely relaxing. It features great access to Holbox's famous beachwalk sandbar.
Not much. The menu was a little limited, but the chef is new and the island is remote.

Facilities incredible and really perfectly constructed. Breakfast ok.
First of all Front Desk should be nicer. You feel that you have to be thankful to stay and not the other way round. Furthermore the food has to improve. Price is for luxury stay so you have to deliver, also in a small island like Holbox. Was not our fist stay on island but other hotels far better food. Hope new chef is bringing improvements. All in all, very good installations but to be one of the best ion island you have to improve service and food. Also the very big adult only area is a downer for families. Especially when main pool is very cold in December and other smaller and warmer pools only for adults. Decide: You want to be a family hotel or adults only??!!
