Loft apartment layout was great with separate toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The historic touches throughout the complex with a nod to the building’s origins were very well done and a great point of difference
I was a 38 degree day in Hobart and the aircon didn’t circulate up to the loft very well so it was really hot despite the aircon making the rest of the apartment cool
Like the location.
The mattress on the bed was terrible. Supposed to be a queen, but was to smaller beds pushed together. The mattress was old And uncomfortable with a new pillow top on it. Might as well have got a room with two singles. Informed staff at checkout that didn't seem to care at all. Probably the last time I'll stay there. Disappointing.
Drab and underwhelming
Staff was polite.
We found the studio apartment room to be drab, underwhelming and uninspiring. Definitely not worth the cost. Rooms and fixtures are dated. It was not a pleasant room to spend time in. Bed was fairly hard, linens were nothing special. Shower was broom closet size and difficult to turn around in.
Staff were so friendly and the facilities offered were great. Great location for walking to the wharf or the city.
It had everything you needed all contained in a studio apartment
Our room was facing the street so was very noisy.
No hair dryer
We had a wonderful studio room for 4 nights overlooking views of Mt. Wellington, the city, and the harbour. The room provided us with lots of space, cooking facilities and a very relaxing environment. We rated it as our #1 city stay in Australia.
Parking for a resident was difficult. Excessive noise during the small hours.
The main aspect would be the customer service side of things - ie, when we arrived, although both desk staff were busy, they acknowledged us so that we were not left feeling "invisible". Desk staff were also very helpful in ringing bus transport/transfers etc which was much appreciated.
Excellent location - close to city centre. Good facilities - chosen because of gym access
Good ,clean, easy to find and the staff were friendly. Very comfortable stay overall.7/10.
Very friendly and welcoming - very good standard of fittings and equipment in room
Very quiet was our Apartment #612 and very clean. The Best feature was the separate WC facility. Good idea. Walking distance to waterfront and city. Excellent stay second time around. *****
