While this hotel is not listed as 5 star, what this hotel offers in service, food, location, is 5 star. And the room rate is a bargain for what one gets.The welcoming feeling from staff made me feel at home. I would have liked to have stayed longer.
I think the spa service for drinks and food could be improved. The bar tender should be going to the customer to ask if they want a drink, and/or food. They should make regular service rounds at the pool\sun deck.
